"Het is goed om met de eigenaar te communiceren voor de nacht, het is heel handig om de kamers voor de deur te houden, goed te slapen, hoewel er geen airconditioning is, het is leuk om het venster te openen!"

"Een mooi, gezinsgeleid, kleine 3*S-hotel in eenzaamheid nabij Oberbozen. Het uitzicht op de Dolomiten en andere bergketens is een droom. Een stopplaats van de romantische ritbaan is 100 meter van het hotel, je kunt ook met de trein naar Bozen, met de gondel 500m van het treinstation naar Oberbozen op 1200m en wordt daar van het hotel gehaald, Dit alles is gratis / service en is opgenomen in de Ritter Card, evenals de hele mobiliteit in Zuid-Tirool, verbazingwekkend! Reizen daar maakt echt leuk , de Zuid-Tirolen zijn altijd warm en helpend! Meran, Brixen, Bruneck alles als een dagreis gratis mogelijk. Onze kamer was groot, schoon, met dagelijkse room service en geweldig balkon. Het ontbijt in het hotel is prachtig voorbereid, net als het diner ook een genot voor vegetariërs. We hebben alleen smoothies en een fruitsap presse gemist. Het 5-g-gewone diner is de hammer! De drankkaart is groot en niet overbelast, een glas wijn 5€, een Sanbiter 3,50€ etc. Mr Maier geeft u een uitgebreide wandeladvies, de selectie van wandelingen is enorm en het is voor elke fitnessgraad wat er bij. Ook zeer ontspannende massages worden aangeboden. Een echt geweldig hotel dat voor ons de prijs waard was."

"I arrived with my wife from a very sticky Verona by car, feeling fairly depleted, and rather like Hans Castorp arriving on The Magic Mountain. And sure enough we were welcomed with a drink by Klaus, the owner/proprietor, and I began to feel waves of wellness float over me immediately. The hotel is quite unique. It is family run and has a very personal, understated quality about it. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful. From the dining terrace one sits looking over the small lake to a vista of rather gothic mountains in the distance. The food is delicious, wholesome and excellent. Accompanied by a generous buffet for those who wish to supplement it. And, of course, the superb wines of Alto Adige. The staff are charming and efficient. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Plus one gets the Ritten Card - for free transport on trains and cable cars to all the many local resorts and attractions. At the end of our week I was refreshed, renovated and raring to go. What more can I say? We shall be back!"

Het gezinshotel wordt zeer vooruitgelopen en laat geen wensen open in alle opzichten. In de vele jaren dat ik hier al ben, heeft deze speciale plek niets van zijn kwaliteit verloren – Integendeel: met veel liefde voor de details wordt hij voortdurend onderhouden en gevormd. De kamers zijn zeer schoon en onderhouden en je voelt overal de grote zorg en aandacht. Ook het eten is uitstekend en rond het verblijf perfect. In totaal een plek waar je zich onmiddellijk voelt – bijna een klein stuk hele wereld."

"Having stayed at Adler Lodge Ritten before, we already knew how special this place is, so during this visit we mainly focused on small details that could be improved — as overall the experience remains truly wonderful!!! The atmosphere of the lodge is exceptional, with a sense of calm and connection to nature that is difficult to replicate. The team also plays a big role in the experience: Alex, Christian, Thomas and Lorenza were particularly welcoming, and the bartenders deserve a special mention for preparing excellent cocktails everyday!. The sauna events have also clearly improved since our last stay and are now even more enjoyable with Lysa. A few small aspects could nonetheless be refined. Breakfast felt repetitive during the stay, and the cakes in particular at breakfast were somewhat underwhelming and even dry, includind the croissants. The à la carte dishes at breakfast were also not especially interesting or tasty...just ok, which contrasted with the amazing lunch expericence everyday (including amazing deserts at lunch everyday!! Like the tasty pana cota, chocolates bites and strudel). At dinner it would be nice to have a small salad buffet in addition to the bread and cheese s election or even a small ice cream selection! In the wellness area, adding a whirlpool in the sauna (naked) area could further enhance the experience. The gym machines could also benefit from an upgrade. There should be newer machines focusing different muscle types for a proper gym workout (leg press, biceps, triceps machines for example are lacking). I think it is really important to upgrade the gym in this hotel concept and add like some gym classes in schedule. In the rooms, the scent of the bath products could be improved, and having the option of a sheet in addition to the duvet would be helpful, as the rooms can become quite warm to comfortably use the full duvet. In the tea area, using proper ceramic glasses instead of plastic cups would feel more in line with the overall quality of the lodge and regarding issues with microplastics released in hot water. Finally, it would be great to see a few additional fitness classes offered beyond yoga. In the second relax area, near the new yoga Pavillion, I would consider adding oil diffusers or oil burners with essential oils changed daily for a different experience and ambiance. These are all relatively small points, but addressing them would make an already outstanding place even better!!"
