"We checked in on Oct 8,2025. The hotel photos, especially in the room, are misleading. On the hardware, the apartment rooms are the most ridiculous I have seen in hotels ie that the space is very large for living, corridors and bedroom but the toilet and totle wash basin is the most insane- see photo where the basin os tiny and sandwish in an indent that is about 18 inches amd shower cubicle of 2ft by 2ft. How can one possible use the wash basis ? Futher, externally, was cold at 4C and windy. Outside cold air seeps thru into the apartment. Also,we experienced the power/ electrical black out 2 times in just a one night stay and seem the electirical load fsctor is insufficent!! On the practical use of the apartment, there is NO rubbish bin, no paper tissue, and the bedroom door could not close as the bed plus side table protrudue u to the door!!. The curtain cannot be drawn too. The F&B could not get us a simple takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early, and the ealiest they could make was 7.30am when the restaurant opens at 8am. The packed breakfast was sandwiches, whole fruits, and a bottle of water, which can be done during dinner time the day before However, the night receptionist named Salih was very helpful and helped us with these and go out of way to make it easier for our one night stay. In summany, staff was great but the hardware and management of the rooms was not acceptable. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay unless they are fine with sucu conditions"

"Het was een geweldige tijd. Onze driepersoonskamer was zeer ruime. De restaurants hadden een breed scala aan eten. Het personeel, hoewel sommigen moeilijk ons te begrijpen waren allemaal zeer handig en vriendelijk. De dienst was uitstekend in het restaurant. Het was gewoon ongelooflijk, zo veel verschillende manieren om te koelen en te ontspannen."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always considered it a wonderful place. Unfortunately, the current management has turned the experience into a complete disappointment. The swimming pools were cold, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable, and the services were extremely overpriced compared to the quality provided. The hotel is clearly no longer managed with the same care and professionalism as before. It is very sad to see such a beautiful place deteriorate so badly. After this experience, we will definitely not be returning."

"We huurden een privéappartement, maar verbleven één nacht in een studio in het hotel. Dat was oké, maar geen waterkokers of iets dergelijks. We hebben die eerste ochtend ontbeten en dat was oké, maar niet naar de smaak van mijn kinderen, aangezien ze kieskeurige eters zijn. Het zwembad is prachtig. Het enige wat ik zou kunnen aanmerken, is dat er geen buitentoiletten bij het zwembad zijn, wat een beetje lastig is met een driejarige. Ik moest haar dus naar het toilet bij de receptie brengen. Maar verder is het fantastisch. We komen zeker nog een keer terug."
