"We stayed 3 nights at the hotel.  The location was very good for restaurants and the LRT.  The distances from downtown was the last stop on the LRT, which depending on time took from 35 minutes to 45 minutes.  The parking was very limited and you needed to get lucky to find street parking.  Our room was on the lower level, it was very small and we needed to go up two stairs to go to the bathroom.  The bathroom was very very small. Bigger than an average sized person would not be able to sit on the toilet. We were concerned about the bars on the window.  No way to open them in case of a fire.  We also found the sound proofing in the walls and ceiling not very good."

"We verbleven twee nachten in een vrijstaand gebouw met twee verdiepingen in New South Wales vanwege de school van ons kind, en het was een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. We hadden een tweepersoonsbed van 1,5 meter in de kamer, met een wastafel, en het toilet bevond zich buiten de deur. Verschillende kamers deelden een toilet, maar dat was erg schoon en hygiënisch. We hadden veel bagage en een Uber vanaf de luchthaven kostte $70. Er zijn supermarkten en banken in de buurt. De omgeving is uitstekend, voornamelijk villawijken. Een zeer goede accommodatie-ervaring."

"This is a very nice old building, with decent rooms quite convenient to UNSW and Coogee Beach, so there is good hiking and swimming in the immediate neighbourhood. The staff is really fantastic, so kudos on that front for sure. The major issue was with the wifi, which was only available in the lobby -- but the lobby becomes a very popular bar in the afternoon, so working down there is not really possible due to the noise. Making sure the rooms have a good connection would go a long way!"

"The Blenheim is a great little hotel/motel just across the road from the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital and a short 5 min walk to the UNSW Kensington campus. Rooms and the en-suite are small but manageable. We stayed in a queen bed room that had a small balcony that looked out onto the Light Rail/tram line. Despite the double glazed door and windows, light sleepers may have an issue with the noise coming through. There were rooms facing the other side of the building which might be quieter. We were exhausted so it didn’t bother us. There’s a laundry and kitchenette in the ground floor. I’m assuming guests can use them but we didn’t ask. Amazing cafe up the road serving great coffee and breakfasts called “22grams”. There’s a bakery of the same name a couple of shops away. Delicious croissants. Right opposite the cafe is the Randwick L2 Light Rail station which was just a 4 min walk away from the Blenheim. The L2 line takes you to Chinatown/Haymarket and ends at Circular Key. Hotel reception is from 9am-5pm. There’s a key safe and a code given for after hours check in. Just for the convenience of the location, ie needing to go to the hospitals or UNSW, I’d stay again."

"Very convenient location if you have children studying at UNSW. The room has a balcony & a functional kitchen. Spacious room. There are large supermarkets nearby to buy groceries for cooking meals. Near to Congee beach."

"Highly recommended Avoca Randwick. Fab location near hospital and the main street with lots of food options. Room recently renovated and spotless. They have a shared kitchen/laundry with everything you could imagine you would need. Would definitely stay again And thanks to the cleaner who stayed back to vacuum after my daughter spilled something in the room"
