"Dear Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appalling service and safety concerns my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your resort. The food service was completely unorganized and the quality was unacceptable. Specifically, the vegetarian options were severely lacking; the Gobi Manchurian contained no cauliflower, only masala. Despite our attempts to resolve this, we faced constant hurdles. Anil did not respond to our calls, Sarath Gowda was unable to assist, and Chandrasekhar provided no resolution, leaving us in a frustrating loop for nearly six hours without food. We faced similar struggles trying to obtain tea and snacks in the evening. Furthermore, we found the staff to be unprofessional and demanding of money without providing any actual service. Most alarmingly, when we inquired about dinner, the situation escalated to the point where we felt physically threatened. We felt we had to flee the resort for our own safety. Given the gravity of these issues—ranging from poor service and lack of basic catering to genuine concerns for our physical safety—I expect a serious response and immediate action. Please do not provide a default automated reply, as the severity of this experience requires direct intervention."
