And yet, they're charging 5-star prices. This experience directly led me to cancel all my subsequent '5-diamond' bookings and switch to proper 5-star hotels instead. If you're traveling with family, you really need to be careful. A 5-diamond rating isn't the same as a 5-star hotel, and Trip.com's ratings aren't always reliable. I didn't even bother taking pictures; my phone was too 'dirty' (disgusted)."

I wanted to take it back to the room, but was told they don't offer a takeaway service, which I found a bit odd. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and it offers good value for money."

Ten vijfde was het ontbijt uitstekend, overvloedig en van hoge kwaliteit, wat ik erg prettig vond. Ten zesde ligt het zeer dicht bij de belangrijkste toeristische attracties van Qionghai, zoals het Nanhai Museum en het Boao Forum voor Azië, en ook dicht bij het strand. Ik denk dat het hotel zich bewust is van zijn tekortkomingen en hoopt deze te verbeteren."
