Located on an isolated island with a good omen of “鳌”. Nice experience staying there with the remarkable views all around the island.
The staff from the golf club were very rude not allowing visitors walk on the wooden walkway during the entire daytime for some bureaucratic and prerogative reasons which were non-transparent and unacceptable.
The food and services were at average level comparing with others.

酒店服務非常好！十分適合度假休息，房間外的風景特別好，整個度假區的風景非常美，窗外就是萬泉河和玉帶灘，酒店整體設計低碳環保，環境優美，一整個鳥語花香，太舒服了。酒店有免費的温泉和泳池，雖然定的房間贈了另外一個酒店的温泉但前台説可以用擺渡車免費送我們過去，但是晚上試了這個酒店温泉之後覺得完全沒必要去另外的温泉了，温泉龐還有茶水。早餐也特別好，種類很多。

酒店環境很好，位置也很好，這次住豪華海景雙床房，陽台上看到萬泉河入海口，河海景盡入眼底。酒店早餐不錯，晚上在中餐廳吃的飯，菜品味道正宗，值得誇獎。不足之處是酒店房間太潮，被褥摸上去都有潮濕的感覺，建議客人入住前先去一下濕。

出差到此，跟前台小姐姐羅丹娜溝通無障礙，辦理入住特別快，會有服務人員主動拿行李，早餐豐富，設施也是五星標準，下次還會繼續選擇這裏

自駕來海南過年 選擇入住東嶼島大酒店 過年期間人流量大 專門跑到這個鎮上躲清靜 酒店設施設備齊全 住的舒適 北方人受不了南方的潮氣 參觀了好幾個房間 前台劉依莎和陳薇特別負責的一直給我們介紹並且挑房間 特別感謝兩位小姑娘 因為行程要去萬寧就住了一天 以後有時間一定再來好好享受幾天

酒店在東嶼島上，環境很不錯，離亞洲論壇很近，島上有高爾夫球場，酒店房間很開闊，適合家庭出遊，整體硬件設施沒有辱沒五星的招牌。再説説缺點1 衞生有待加強，淋浴房地面有點黑黑的，進門有發黴的味道。2 房間有點潮濕（被子能明顯感覺到潮），衣服在陽台兩天都不幹。3 酒店在島上，適合自駕，沒有車的話不太方便 。4 整體服務水平有待提高，（車子開進開出，門口保安從來沒來指揮，第一天入住，大包小包都是自己拉到前台，後面有人一起拿到房間，前台服務還可以）。
