Customer service would benefit from improvement. There was an uncovered quilt on the bed which felt dirty. No toiletries. No bottled water in the bedroom. Very noisy location. Owner tried to charge for breakfast when the booking was already booked with breakfast. Owner wanted payment in cash, in rupees which was not specified at the time of booking. I wouldn't stop here again."

"The highlight of our stay was the food. A special thanks to Chef Mr. Hitesh, who prepared an excellent meal. The quality, taste, and presentation were impressive. The hotel staff also deserve appreciation for their enthusiasm, positive attitude, and team spirit, which made the overall experience pleasant. It was also nice to see that the restaurant is popular with local residents, which speaks well of the food quality. However, the property itself is in urgent need of renovation. Unfortunately, it is nowhere close to the standards one expects from a Taj SeleQtions hotel. The rooms and several public areas appear dated and show clear signs of wear and tear, which takes away from the overall experience. I have attached a few photographs to help illustrate the areas that require attention. I sincerely hope Taj considers renovating this property soon, as it has a dedicated team and excellent food, but the physical infrastructure does not currently reflect the premium standards associated with the Taj SeleQtions brand."

"De beste eigenschap tot nu toe ... We namen Twee slaapkamers Suite Villa met zwembad ... De kamers waren zo geweldig als ze in de foto's ... Niets anders.. Mijn vader en dochter kregen tijdens ons bezoek aan Jaipur ( dankzij Stale Food serveerde Hyatt Place Jaipur).. Vandaar hadden we al drie nachten in Pushkar geboekt... en ze hebben een dokter geregeld zodra we er zijn... die ernstige voedselvergiftiging aan mijn vader heeft gediagnosticeerd. Als het niet Dunes en U was geweest, kon mijn vader en dochter niet terugkomen. Omdat, Dokter strikt adviseerde Fresh Homely gemaakt lichte voedsel voor hen ...Dunes En U de Grote Job in het maken van alles juist perfect voor ons ... Atmosfeer, Uitstekende personeel, Homely gemaakt Frish Vegetair Voedsel, kamerreinheid, Alles was op par excellence 🌿 Bedankt Dunes en U voor het behandelen van ons als uw familie 💖 En ja, mijn vader en dochter hebben net beter gehad, omdat ze uitstekend gastvrij zijn en voelen zich als een thuisomgeving! Schoone kamers met volledige voorzieningen, Te grote waskamers 👌🏻, Wonderlijk zwembad, Floating Hi thee, alles was geweldig ✨✨"
