First, the most accommodating, nicest staff you could imagine. We loved these people. The hotel is scrupulously clean, the rooms are spacious, and the food was very good. Huge bowls of fresh, plump figs straight from the orchards at breakfast. It is in a countryside setting, but that's what we wanted - and with a car it's a very quick trip to Otranto or Lecce or explore the southern coast. It was an extremely relaxing way to unwind from traveling and begin our trip to Puglia. Afternoons by the sparkling, uncrowded pool with a glass of local wine or an Aperol spritz weren't hard to take either! We stayed 5 nights before moving on to Matera.

We really enjoyed staying for three days at this lovely little hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind, particularly on the Front Desk. We were upgraded to a be lovely front facing balcony room. Lovely big bed. Lovely view. All the facilities you could ask for. Welcome drink in the rooftop bar was a really nice touch. Location for both the old and the new towns was excellent and easy to walk to both. We honestly can’t wait to go back. I suppose the only negative was Breakfast - it could run a bit smoother and with better coffee!! Grazie Mille x

Perfetto per visitare la zona delle Maldive del Salento che dista a meno di 10 minuti di auto. È come un piccolo resort a gestione familiare, e devo dire ci siamo trovati molto bene. Buona la colazione a buffet, anche se è prevalentemente solo dolce. A colazione compilerete un foglio in cui troverete le opzioni per la cena: trovate sempre un primo e secondo di mare o terra. La cena e buone ma non fanno solo pietanze pugliesi. Detto ciò si mangia bene. Il posto è molto tranquillo e secondo me preferibile rispetto al classico resort pieno di gente. Struttura pet friendly (avevamo cane di taglia media). Consigliatissimo.

La tenuta è molto ampia e si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi Km da Gallipoli; comoda per raggiungere le principali direttrici per una vacanza itinerante. Ben tenute le parti comuni a partire dai grandi giardini per arrivare alle sale e alla piscina. Piscina grande con piccola vasca per bambini. Stanze più di forma che di sostanza. Buone quelle dell'hotel, meno rifinite e non perfettamente manutentate quelle delle Pajare. Colazione di buona qualità e assortimento. Nota negativa il servizio a colazione e a cena. Lento, confuso e soprattutto.... non è possibile utilizzare al pubblico personale che non parla italiano e capisce male e poco l'inglese... Molto meglio le ragazze della reception disponibili e cortesi. Vicino alla struttura c'è un maneggio che offre la possibilità di fare qualche passeggiatina a cavallo. Direi struttura valida nel complesso, ottima per chi vuole la possibilità di spostarsi evitando il marasma del litoraneo.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per partire poi per il Cammino del Salento. Ottima struttura, camera doppia con bagno in camera. Struttura vicina sia alla stazione che al centro con una breve camminata, e soprattutto molto comoda per la partenza del Cammino del salento. Il gentilissimo ragazzo alla reception, credo il titolare, ci ha dato delle informazioni molto utili, sul Cammino. Essendo uscite molto presto la mattina (5:30), non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione, ma sono presenti all'interno della struttura macchinette a gettoni per caffè ed altre bevande calde, bottigliette di acqua e vari snack.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, prima di tutto per la pulizia delle camere , con biancheria da bagno cambiata quotidianamente, stanze non gigantesche ma dotate di ogni confort( come scrivania e seggiola. panca porta valigie---- lo specifico perchè non sono cose scontate anche in hotel ben più pretenziosi) Ottima la posizione per le nostre necessitò. Buona la colazione . Gentilissimo il personale. hanno cercato di venirci incontro per le necessità che sono sopraggiunte durante la permanenza in ogni modo e tutte queste cose ad un prezzo veramente onesto. Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato un po’ più di due settimane in questo posto magnifico, viaggiamo spesso e di hotel ne abbiamo visti, questo è uno dei pochi che non ci ha fatto mancare la lontananza da casa. Location fantastica con un parco immenso e piscina. Il ristorante è indescrivibile non ho mai mangiato così tanto e bene. Il personale è fantastico a partire dal direttore alle ragazze alla reception ai baristi, ai camerieri e le ragazze delle pulizie delle camere (tra cui Anna la prima persona che incontravo appena uscivo dalla camera e ogni mattina mi strappava un sorriso). La posizione è un po’ decentrata ed è fantastica in quanto sei nella pace assoluta ma a pochi minuti in macchina dal mare e dal centro. Amano gli amici a quattro zampe. Torneremo sicuramente.

The rooms were just what we needed and the service we received from all the staff members was exemplary. We ate in the restaurant several times and enjoyed every meal. I stayed in this building with my family and everything went well. We were welcomed warmly immediately and I don't tell you the joy of my three children ❤️ rooms and food as scheduled, everything perfect 😋. B&b close to the centre of Gallipoli, a strategic location to be able to turn and at the same time to be able to relax in the pool and garden. Sorry because the hotel is well located but the extremely noisy window on street at 1st floor on the main street with constant passing truck and scooter more face to a service station that makes tobacco and bar and all the parkings publics of the city in clear avoid this room number 11 except that correct litrie furniture a little dated, the room d’eau petite pas d’espace to deposit these toiletries and the shower cabine small bathroom did not have to do more 50x50 except all this personal service and professional, buffet breakfast very right . Parking possible just a few meters from the hotel partnership with Omar to leave his car the time of stay very correct price around €20 for 2 days

Perfetto per visitare la zona delle Maldive del Salento che dista a meno di 10 minuti di auto. È come un piccolo resort a gestione familiare, e devo dire ci siamo trovati molto bene. Buona la colazione a buffet, anche se è prevalentemente solo dolce. A colazione compilerete un foglio in cui troverete le opzioni per la cena: trovate sempre un primo e secondo di mare o terra. La cena e buone ma non fanno solo pietanze pugliesi. Detto ciò si mangia bene. Il posto è molto tranquillo e secondo me preferibile rispetto al classico resort pieno di gente. Struttura pet friendly (avevamo cane di taglia media). Consigliatissimo.

A fantastic hotel,which has the strength of the people working on it,the Most kindness of which is... by the owner Romina who has settled a small problem that we had in the room with water and made forgive in a excellent way, until the girl in the breakfast room that was very kind to us and our 5-month-old little girl.... In addition, you breathe the air of an original and passionate hotel, not like in the chains of the big hotels that are cold and sad... very clean hotel,in which the silence of the Christmas climate I love, Fantastic hydromassage,restaurant with so many special pity and very often nights with music,excellent cocktails and absolute relaxation....moreover, what made me very happy was breakfast whose choice of sweet and salt is stunning..... I came from 2 months of diet,so imagine My joy in seeing all those good cakes that just waited for me ahahahaah.... super recommended!
