The hotel is located next to the cathedral, which makes it easier to discover the charming historic center of Otranto. Hotel with comfortable rooms, great breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Excellent option to discover Otranto.

A lovely hotel , old world class combined with superb staff and service. The breakfast on the terrace was very enjoyable thanks to the wonderful Mateo. Big thanks also to Patricia on the front desk. In fact the hotel staff were all true Ambassadors for Otranto. We shall return!

Delightful stay at this little gem in Otranto. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms, delightful breakfasts on the sun terrace and excellent, friendly, efficient staff, full of recommendations and always on hand to help. The two caveats are that it is not directly accessible by car and lots of stairs. But well worth the visit if those are issues that don’t bother you.

Perfectly located (For Historic Centre, Beach and Old Port) beautifully preserved and maintained Palazzo-style hotel. We felt completely immersed and thanks to the Hotel Staff who were so professional, friendly and helpful, we utterly enjoyed every moment of our stay in Otranto

We loved Palazzo Papaleo. While it was a little challenging to find, it was worth it. If you have heavy luggage, call ahead of time so they can send help. You cannot get your car nearby. Service is what makes this place. If you’re lucky enough to go when Sasha is there, he will take care of you. Front desk staff was also great. Breakfast on the rooftop is perfect with great views. It’s located in the old town which is charming & a close walk to everything. I will recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

Very convenient, comfortable and your staff looked after us very well - 5 stars in every respect. No better place to be in the heart of Otranto and within the ancient walls. We could walk to everything including our car parked nearby.

The hotel is beautifully situated behind the cathedral in the old centre of Otranto. The service is very good and the staff are kind and caring. Don't hesitate and stay in this Palazzo!

Location is fabulous. Front desk very helpful. Breakfast is fabulous. The room was lovely. Only problem was the room had the smallest shower ever. Didn't think it was a big deal, but it is really small. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
