The room doors were a bit tricky to maneuver—even though the staff kindly went the extra mile to show me how to open and close them, I gave up after the third try. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy.
A large bug appeared in the room, which gave me quite a scare. Also, this place isn’t ideal if you’re traveling with large suitcases, but the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with carrying luggage up and down.
Overall, a beautiful view and warm service, with a few quirks to keep in mind."

De lobby van het hotel is groots, ruim en licht.
De kamer met zeezicht die we geboekt hadden was groot, met een binnenbalkon buiten, een grote bank en een schommelstoel. Je kunt de zonsopgang vanaf het balkon in de vroege ochtend zien. Het enige nadeel is dat het glazen raam een beetje vies is en dat het beeld van de zonsopgang niet duidelijk is.
De kamers zijn schoon en netjes.
De faciliteiten zijn goed uitgerust en in goede staat.
Het hotel beschikt over een grote gratis parkeerplaats. Vertel de receptionist uw kenteken, dan kunt u vrij in- en uitrijden.
Het personeel bij de receptie en het kamerpersoneel hebben een zeer goede houding en verdienen lof.

"My trip to Pingtan was a revelation – this hotel exceeded all my expectations!
🌿Environment: The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil environment with a prime location near the beach. The courtyard is clean and lush, the terrace offers stunning views, and the island atmosphere is truly captivating. It's also conveniently located for visiting Longwangtou and Tannan Bay.
🧹Cleanliness: The cleanliness is impeccable, even for those with obsessive-compulsive tendencies! Rooms are changed after each guest, the bedding is soft and clean, and the floors, bathroom edges, and cups are all meticulously wiped clean, free of dust and odors. Public areas are cleaned daily.
🛏Amenities: The guest rooms are well-equipped and modern, with smart appliances, bathroom fixtures, and blackout curtains all working perfectly. Hot water is reliable, internet speed is smooth, and amenities are plentiful, ensuring a comfortable stay.
🙋Service: The front desk staff are warm and polite, check-in is quick and efficient, and room service is attentive and helpful. They patiently assist with directions and luggage storage, providing thoughtful and heartwarming service.

Het zand is erg fijn en schoon, en de kinderen hebben er veel plezier gehad met spelen. Mijn man zei dat de plek zo comfortabel was dat hij niet weg wilde. Hij wilde zelfs de rest van de reis annuleren en nog een paar dagen blijven om genoeg plezier te hebben voordat hij vertrok. U kunt ook de zonsopgang bekijken vanaf het dak van het hotel. Er zijn viskraampjes in de buurt en u kunt ook eten bestellen in het hotel. Ik vind later wel een andere mogelijkheid."

Voordat ik bij het hotel aankwam, nam Manager Wu (werknemer nummer 491) van de hotellobby contact met me op en raadde me enthousiast een reisgids voor Pingtan aan. Toen we bij het hotel aankwamen, hielp hij ons zorgvuldig met het regelen van de check-in. Ik ben erg dankbaar. De ouder-kindkamer van het hotel is geweldig, ruim, heeft alle benodigde apparatuur en een gratis fruitschaal. Daarnaast zijn er speciale dagelijkse benodigdheden en speelgoed voor kinderen, waar beide kinderen dol op zijn. Op de laatste dag dat we naar het hogesnelheidstreinstation vertrokken, regelde Manager Wu zelfs een auto om ons erheen te brengen. Hij was zo attent. Mijn broer en zijn gezin, die met mij meereisden, waren zeer tevreden. De volgende keer dat ik Pingtan bezoek, moet ik zeker terugkomen."
