"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip."

"Convenient! Very nice hotel. Love the Art Deco vibes and history of the place. Pool was closed which was kind of a bummer but it didn’t affect our trip. Rooms showed wear and tear but were clean and appeared updated from online photos. The best part was that we could walk everywhere we needed to go from there. Located only blocks away from restaurants, bars, and entertainment we loved the walkability factor! Had no idea the place is rumored to be *******. No spooky stuff for us, but the hallways and elevators for sure channelled The Shining’s elegant debauchery! We & our parties all stayed in 6th floor rooms with a view and were located next door or across the hall from each other (3 rooms) which made visiting and hanging out super easy! The view was mostly other buildings but I love a window for natural lighting so not a big deal for us. We were in town to see the Bob Dylan concert which was fantastic! Great food, fun, and friends at affordable rates, enjoyed by all. Will def recommend this place! Would love to check out the Marilyn Monroe or other historic suites next time. McCaffrey’s Pub had the BEST Guinness I’ve tasted outside of Ireland! Perfect pour, foam, temperature and taste! Kudos for that!! We walked to breakfast at The Breakfast Club and enjoyed that very much. Great coffee, prices, food, and super fast service. Highly recommend. A great trip despite the triple digit heat of downtown Phoenix in June."

"Not very clean, not very nice, they didn’t refund my deposit, customer service was terrible. We were flying in late at night from another state and tried to verify our reservation and airport pickup service two nights in advance and when we called the person at the front desk said she didn’t know how to check in the computer and told us to call the next day and talk to someone else. Called the next day to confirm and they did confirm the reservation but were short with me saying they would not have hotel pickup and we would have to get an Uber, not friendly at all. Flew in and finally got there and as we were checking in late at night another customer in front of us was upset because he had prepaid for a room and they insisted he pay again. Even though he had a receipt they wouldn’t allow him to check in. They didn’t attempt to problem solve with him just told him too bad and he left, upset and without a place to stay at 1230am. It was late at night and we were just glad there wasn’t a problem with our reservation. Our room looked old and not nearly as nice as the photos had been. Somehow after our stay we noticed we had picked up a contagious rash and our first thought was this motel but how can we prove it?"

"I really appreciate how they have plenty of bottled water, even when we politely ask for it multiple times in a row lol. Plus, the room is super clean. However, it was a bit disappointing when we parked in the self-park area, and the golf cart driver saw us even though it was already evening. He didn’t even offer to share his ride with us! To be fair, the self-park area is quite a distance from the lobby, so a walk wasn’t really an option. Also, we missed out on the slides because of the lightning, which was a bummer!"

"Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges."

"Dit hotel is een geweldige keuze voor reizigers die een schone, comfortabele plek zoeken om te blijven terwijl ze Phoenix en de nabijgelegen gebieden te ontdekken. Mijn kamer was ruime en zeer schoon met een groot bed, goede douche en een grote TV. De aircon was krachtig en de bladeren en de matrassen waren comfortabel. De faciliteiten waren goed, maar ik zou graag zien dat het water vrij was en niet alleen voor de leden van Hilton Honor. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten van de luchthaven Phoenix Sky Harbor, 25 minuten van het centrum en 30 minuten van de Old Town Scottsdale. Over het algemeen had ik een aangenaam twee nachten verblijf in dit hotel."

"The hotel is close to the airport but not within a quick walking distance to shops/restaurants. The front desk staff were helpful upon checkin. They have a small shop and vending machines where you can purchase small items (bottled water & snacks). The room was clean, hotel was modern, and bed was comfortable. The challenge with it being close to the airport is you can hear airplanes going over all night so it is not entirely quiet. The pet floor is the first floor so if you are allergic to pets you will want to stay on an upper floor. The hotel is good for 1-2 night say if you transiting through Phoenix."

Het personeel zal proactief zorgen dat alles goed is door het bericht te geven. Complimentair ontbijt met een mooie keuze aan eiwit/carbs/dranken. In vergelijking met andere accommodaties die ik in de buurt van een soortgelijke prijsbereik had gebleven, is deze het beste."
