We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! Monica was super kind and welcoming. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. Comfortable bed, very good shower, and air conditioning that made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tip for future guests: park your car at Parcheggio Mazzini (near Porta Santa Maria). Grazie Monica! 🌟

Geweldige locatie - slechts een steenworp afstand van de stad. Het was ook geweldig omdat er parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar was. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Были небольшие проблемы с заселением: администратор сообщил нам код для заезда только по прибытии, хотя оплата и онлайн регистрация были проведены заранее. Обычно после этих процедур присылают всю необходимую информацию. Но в Лукка шарм такого не случилось) Завтрак - кофе с бутером, либо 2 сладкими булочками в соседнем доме. Сам отель - бывшая квартира, в 2-х его номерах ванная комната (душ + туалет) находятся напротив спален, также есть номер с ванной. В доступности для гостей всегда есть пакетированный чай, капсульный кофе и кофемашина. В номере - холодильник и чайник.

This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

We found the room in order and clean with everything necessary to do the shower and spend a quiet night. The location is great if you want to turn between Lucca, Viaggio and Pisa since it is close to all directions
