"Our experience at Angsana Zhoushan has been extremely positive: facilities are new, hotel is spotless and moreover it is dog friendly! The food is also fresh and tasty. We especially appreciated the front desk team, who were consistently helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the entrance—always kind, attentive, and ready to take us around in the hotel’s shuttle cart. Finally, a special acknowledgement to the restaurant team, in particularly Andy, whose professionalism and help was much appreciated."

"I had a wonderful stay at Banxia Banyin Hotel near Wugongshi Wharf and Guanyin Fajie. The location is excellent -- just a short walk from the pier and within easy reach of the main attractions on Putuo Mountain, such as Puji Temple and the scenic Guanyin statue. It's very convenient for both sightseeing and dining, with plenty of local vegetarian restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is peaceful and beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a calm, Zen-like atmosphere. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, offering a relaxing space after a long day exploring. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. Overall, it is great value for its location and comfort."

"We stayed from 21-23 May. My friend’s room 1110 flooded and they changed to another room 1112 which also flooded. Poor plumbing. But 21 May afternoon shift reception and room service staff were great! They tried very hard to resolve issues. Also, 22 May afternoon shift reception staff helped us booked very last minute tickets to Impression performance"

"It appears efficiency is a key at this hotel. Requests were actioned very promptly. Cleaning staff did a nice job. Room was a good size and mostly in good condition. Plenty of stains on the carpet in the room though, and the room entry door frame was partly torn away from the wall. Service was very good, though it was four days before any staff so much as smiled. Efficiency but not much in the way of warmth towards guests. While some rooms are non-smoking, most of the hotel seems fair game for smoking including halls, washrooms, elevators, etc. Cigarette butts to be found and smell throughout. Apparently the hotel must be very pet friendly given the dog that was brought into the restaurant at breakfast. Acceptable all around, but not sure I would opt for this hotel again."

"The hotel is in a good location just make sure to get a room with a view, the service was amazing they give you their contact info and you can ask for any details about the city, good places to visit, food,etc. So in a final note it’s good. you get the value of your money."

"My fourth visit to the hotel for dinner. The food is always outstanding with a great selection of fresh seafood which Zhoushan is famous for and arguably the best seafood in China.  This was my first stay in the hotel.  a minor issue with my air-conditioning was fixed incredibly quickly. would happily stay again"

"Absolutely fabulous location, great room, view with deck ( We choose balcony seas views). All double glacéd! The spa facilities in and out are world class 5 star! Service is courteous, we stayed 3 nights. At the spa outdoor area a lady called Ruan Yueer who looked after guest, very cheerful and customer orientated. So was the lady inside the main Spa. Overall fantastic experience! Ernst New Zealand"

"Apart from room cleanliness everything else was on point. The management department really needs to up their game. Wasnt satisfied with the hygiene in the corridors - elevators had a bad smell and rooms were stuffy and also had a smell"

"The hotel is well located near the Zhujiajian Wugongshi Wharf in a walkable distance (5-7 minutes). There are many nearby restaurants and local supermarkets. The room is well-decorated, smart controls for temperature, light, and curtains. Breakfast is good and started at 6.30 AM for travelers who would like to go to the Putuoshan earlier. The front service is excellent."

"服務：酒店前台服務員很熱心，主動幫我們升級了有窗户的、空間和窗都更大的微湖景大床房，也幫我們聯繫了去碼頭接行李，回程時幫我們把行李送碼頭，省去我們提箱子走路的麻煩，司機大哥秦師傅非常熱心，不僅耐心等我們接送行李，返程時還幫我們找到最快的路線進站碼頭（因遇到大霧天氣，返程那天通知下午兩點停航，我們行程變得非常趕，而且一路公車排長隊，碼頭排長隊，本來很焦慮，怕趕不上，多虧了秦大哥，再次特別感謝，非常熱心為我們着想） 設施：酒店是新裝修的，在龍沙二區，是一整棟都拿來當酒店，所以管理比較整體，設備也比較新 衞生：新酒店，衞生乾淨整潔，沒得挑 交通：龍沙二區，離公車總站很近，出門右拐沒幾步就到了，去坐索道很方便"
