We are not proud of luxurious rooms, we feel happy with every satisfaction of our guests
"民宿在一個很新的公寓樓裏，樓下有麥當勞，停車方便，車位充足。春節期間很多餐飲店不開門，點外賣也方便的。
房間乾淨整潔，洗浴用品都是一次性的，智能馬桶使用方便。
缺點是衞生間沒有乾濕隔離，洗澡水會漏出來到外面的地板上，房間層高很低大概2米2左右吧。
性價比還是很高的。"

"在厚庭地鐵口附近，走過去大概15分鐘以內。出了地鐵口，直走再右轉再直走，看到一點點招牌的時候，再左轉，往裡麪走，就能看到融創未來海8棟。如果找不到，可以直接打電話聯繫負責人，負責人會來接你。負責人也就是民宿老闆，人很好説話。幫我延長退房時間，還給我及時送過吹風機。因為我把吹風機給用壞了嗚嗚嗚。一次性用品管夠，不夠的話後勤會來送，送得很及時。垃圾什麼的可以放門外，後勤會及時清。房間通風采光很好，我住的是loft樓上。夜晚入睡覺的時候，基本沒什麼聲音。在窗户邊有個晾衣繩，可以晾點輕的衣服。床品很好，尤其是那個床墊，軟硬適中，四周有支撐，很貼合人體，很想要個床墊連結啊哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。快遞店就在樓下，出了大門左轉，在背面。一樓大廳裏還有便利店，外面也有兩家。在日常購買這方面，很方便。照片是我走的時候拍的，房間有點亂，就沒有拍大全景。綜上所述很建議入住，老闆很負責，回消息很快，合理要求老闆都會盡量滿足。"

"環境很好的，是我喜歡的風格哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，裏面衞生也很好，有一次性浴巾和一次性拖鞋，最最要讚的是投影，真的太有氛圍感啦！！還有超大浴缸，門是密碼鎖哦，進去之後關上就可以了，無需鎖門，完全不用擔心安全問題，採光也巨好，整個民宿是自助的，衹有打掃衞生的阿姨，下次有需要還會選這家的"

浴室有點黴味但空調看着挺乾淨，
門口密碼鎖挺麻煩但衞浴設施挺好，
床單有2個迷你小蟲但是性價比很高，
説實話就這些來説整體是挺好的，4星以上沒問題
可重點來了，環境給差評的主要原因是：這旁邊是開養雞場的嗎？？半夜四點外面雞就開始亂叫，叫到6點，一晚上都沒睡好，服氣的

GGastgebruiker説實話最開始訂房間的時候被價格震驚了。看商家的圖示也感覺非常難以置信，想着就在大學城旁邊應該也不會多危險於是買了。
整體來説性價比非常非常高，我是自己住的，真正見到的房間和展示的圖是一樣的，有獨立衞浴熱水充足。免費牙具和網絡以及紙巾等生活用品一應俱全。
旁邊一公里左右是閩江大學，但是民宿是在村裡，位置可能有點難找，而且可能會有人覺得不安全。我住了四天，整體上也覺得還行，旁邊兩公里左右就是大學城了。

GGastgebruiker步行五分鐘到樓下商場，周邊餐飲、便利店齊全，深夜想買點東西也不用跑遠。走進房間第一感覺就是乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，沒有異味，枕頭的高度也很舒適，設施方面一應俱全，讓奔波一天的我們能睡個好覺了。

LLongmaopingzidewowo回滬路上對原來的酒店不滿意，匆匆忙忙訂了這家，高速下來幾公里就到了，環境很不錯，停車位充足，衞生狀況衹能説一般，服務也幾乎談不成，過年期間好像就一個人值班。反正就睡一晚，也沒什麼好計較，寵物友好。
