The hotel is located at the same location as Shangyang Station on Metro Line 2, allowing direct access between the hotel and the subway station. The garden outside the hotel is quaint and the environment is very beautiful. Although tea making facilities are provided in the room, only ordinary tea bags are provided. The house even forgot to provide tea bags, coffee and welcome fruits. I stayed for five nights from January 30 to February 4, and what I was most dissatisfied with was: The hotel provided a RMB 100 voucher for Meiyuan Tea Restaurant. Although there was a note on the back of the voucher saying "Instant discount of RMB 100 for snacks over RMB 200", my wife and I went there specially before checking out to go to the airport on February 4. We tried our best to order food to make up the RMB 200, but when we checked out, the counter said it could not be used as a voucher. It turned out that snacks were mixed with various dishes on the menu, and the pot-side porridge we ordered was not considered a snack, so we were forced to order a lava bun, and the bill was 153. Because we had to catch the bus to the airport, we didn't have time to pick up the lava buns. We were not reminded of this when we ordered which was very unpleasant!"
