"Gentle en efficiënt personeel gaf me 1 kamer anders dan mijn nn nog klaar aangezien ik ben gekomen 1 uur en een half voor.Ik waardeerde veel.exotische natuur levend kamer aan de muren en ook in de badkamer.zeer mooi . handdoeken zuivere kamer in orde en schoon TV en airconditioning.Op enkele honderden meter van het station en van de chaos die deze faciliteit perfect maakt.dank het."

"BELLOSE STRUCTUUR, uitstekende gezelschap en zeer vriendelijk . De zeer kenmerkende kamers en ondanks het gezicht op het plein, voelde u geen geluid. Zeer comfortabele bedden, en uitstekende locatie. Het was een goede ervaring en als het nog eens een kans zou krijgen, dan zouden we terugkomen."

"This is our second stay at this small hotel. Some things have changed since 2018. They have grown from three rooms to six, and the staffing level also seems to have grown. Staff were still efficient and helpful. Breakfast is still served in the beautiful salon with the antique furniture and paintings, beautiful chandeliers, and other interesting decorative items. Breakfast still consists of breads and pastries, and a selection of meats and cheese. They serve great coffee and accommodate American taste by bringing refills. The hotel occupies most of one floor of an architecturally important building, a restored late 19th century Pallazzo. The octagonal center space is bright and airy thanks to the iron and glass dome. The property is on the main pedestrian street in Pavia. Access is from a side street, and with the keys provided, you have twenty-four hour admission. The elevator is small, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Fortunately, we did not. The room was quiet, and comfortable with a mix of antique and contemporary furniture and art. The Wi-Fi was strong. The bath was spacious, with large towels. The property is in a limited access zone, so you need to follow a map to arrive at the rear. We chose to let them valet park our car, but public parking is available in the area."

"Mijn vrouw en ik waren twee nachten in Villa Marisa, van vrijdag tot zondag. Toen we aankwamen, werden we ontvangen door een zeer aardige dame die ons in de kamer geleide, beschreef ons de diensten en gaf ons de basisinformatie. De kamer (een Deluxe) was ruime met een zeer comfortabel bed en een zeer groot bad. Er was een koelkast, een koelkast met verschillende soorten thee en zelfs een verdomde muurwand met verwarmingsfunctie. Het ontbijt van zeer hoge kwaliteit is geserveerd binnen de faciliteit, rijk maar niet met buffet (de beschikbare kruiden zijn al op tafel bereid). De auto kan op straat parkeren (er is echt veel plaats langs de weg) en het is veilig omdat het ligt in een zeer rustige woonwijk (ook voor geluiden, vrijwel ontbreekt). Het enige neo, als we het zo willen noemen, is dat het centrum van Pavia ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. Als we terug naar Pavia, dan gaan we terug naar Villa Marisa zonder rekening te houden met andere faciliteiten."

"Er was een medisch congres in Pavia , alles vol. Ostello had plek , ik ben Pellegrino op de fiets naar Rome. Ik wilde kamer alleen 90 euro voor slaapzaal alleen. Matras redelijk, fiets moest buiten staan. Ik heb hem s’avonds op mijn kamer gezet. S’ochtends om de hoek een cornetto crema gehaald met koffie. Dit was overpriced en net niks, door overmacht hier geslapen."

"Hotel rooms are small with no sound proof walls or sealing. Hotel is ok if you want stay for few nights, on side is free parking. If you in Pavia compare to other hotels is ok but is in remote location so you need to have a transportation, if not find hotel in central part of Pavia"
