The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in is simple with a welcome drink and snacks and the rooms are well proportioned and comfortable. I appreciate the provision of a humidifier/dehumidifier which is excellent for helping clothes dry in the day and keeping the humidity comfortable while sleeping. Toilet is clean and spacious enough, heater mixer is finicky. Location wise, it's just opposite the quieter parts of the beach and a short car ride to the dragon bridge and the linh ung pagoda

I would highly recommend this guesthouse if you are looking for a comfortable, family-style place to stay that truly feels like home. The owners whom I met seemed to be a husband and wife. At first, we were not very familiar with this type of guesthouse accommodation, so we needed a little time to adjust. However, after talking with the female owner, we immediately felt more relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere became much warmer. She gave us the feeling of being cared for by an older relative, like a mother looking after her guests. Since we are both women, that made us feel especially safe and at ease. She took wonderful care of us and paid attention to every small detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was excellent as well. We came from Thailand. Although we are both in Asia and share some similar cultures, Thai people usually eat rice for almost every meal. So having bread for breakfast here was a very new experience for us, and it was so delicious—it truly felt like something made by a mother with love. On our last day, she and her family came out to see us off as we got into the car, waving goodbye with warm smiles. It was such a lovely and touching moment. As for the room, everything was exactly as described. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. If you go out, the owners will keep the key for you, and return it when you come back. If you return late at night, you can simply inform them in advance. The drinks in the minibar were also very reasonably priced. If you need affordable transportation, you can ask the guesthouse for assistance. If you are looking for accommodation close to tourist attractions, convenient transportation, and many food options nearby, you can choose this place without hesitation. I would also like to add that the driver who picked us up and dropped us off provided excellent service. He was always smiling, kind, and constantly offering to help us throughout the journey. Nhưng sau khi trò chuyện với cô chủ, chúng tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và yên tâm hơn rất nhiều. Không khí cũng trở nên dễ chịu hơn. Cô ấy cho chúng tôi cảm giác như một người thân lớn tuổi trong gia đình, giống như một người mẹ chăm sóc khách lưu trú. We loved our stay at Phuc Long Luxury, we got the room with the partial sea view which was fantastic to say the least, there's a convenience store within a minute's walk, and a lot of nice bars and restaurants within the area. Even though the hotel itself doesn't offer rental services for e-bikes, they spoke with the company I chose and arranged everything for me without me even asking, which was really great service on their part. The rooms were fantastic, nice and spacious with a large 65 inch TV. The buffet breakfast was never boring, and had a lot of choices that will suit everyone's taste. When we come back we'll definitely be staying here again ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Checked in late so same catogory rooms that we booked on the same level were all taken up. Highly appreciated that Hotel kindly upgraded our room so that we can stay at the same level as our parents. Hotel is newly built and room is clean. Can also cast content from the phone to the TV. Universal socket plug available. Only issue encountered was with the room service. I ordered breakfast at 6.30am and the orders were repeated when I placed them the previous night. The breakfast came at 6.45am and items were wrong. Dining department was quick to rectified the error and provided an additional fruit platter as apology. Despite this issue, I will still stay at this hotel if I am here the next time again.

Hallo? Ik verbleef alleen in kamer 3324 in het Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront hotel voor een rondreis van 26 februari 2012 tot 2 februari 2022. Daarna reisde ik door naar een ander land. (Ter informatie: ik ben een Koreaanse man van in de 50.) Na een verblijf van meer dan 10 dagen heb ik veel meegemaakt. Ik wil graag mijn ervaringen met u delen en uw feedback delen over mogelijke verbeteringen voor uw hotel. De ontvangst bij het inchecken, de stralende glimlach van de mannelijke medewerker en de manier waarop ze hun best deden om vriendelijk tegen me te zijn, zorgden ervoor dat mijn eerste indruk van het hotel erg goed was. Deze medewerker met kort haar, die eruitzag alsof hij begin 40 was, was altijd erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk wanneer ik hem iets vroeg. Dank u wel Ook een mannelijke medewerker met een mooi gebit, vooral omdat zijn haar wat langer was, was iemand die promotie naar een hogere functie in het hotel verdiende, zelfs als het hotel hem daarvoor een prijs had gegeven. Toen ik 's avonds last had van het lawaai in het kleine restaurantje voor het hotel, was hij zo vriendelijk om zich rustig te verontschuldigen, me naar kamer 3324 te begeleiden en zelfs al mijn bagage te verplaatsen. Ik weet dat er een medewerkster genaamd ♤♤♤ met een vierkante bril met hoornen montuur in dit hotel werkt! Ze was een vriendelijke gesprekspartner toen ik in het restaurant ging eten, verontschuldigde zich voor het gebrek aan menu-aanbevelingen en serveerde me wat fruit. Toen ik laatst in een ander restaurant ontbeet, herkende ze me meteen, begroette me als eerste en serveerde me citroensap. Deze medewerkster was als een engel. Ze straalde van vriendelijkheid en maakte oogcontact met gasten met een engelachtige glimlach. Als ik met zo'n medewerker zou werken, zou mijn bedrijf zo groot zijn geworden dat we Elon Musk als medewerker op de maan zouden kunnen aannemen. Er werkt een Koreaanse vrouw in het hotel. Ze begroet gasten altijd met een glimlach en ik voel haar oprechte zorg voor hen. Ik geloof dat dit soort mensen hotels mogelijk maken. Beste directie van dit hotel! Jullie zouden vereerd en dankbaar moeten zijn dat ♤♤♤ bij jullie hotel werkt. Als jullie tijd hebben, loop dan elke dag even langs en buig voor haar! Herinneringen aan gesprekken met een GrabTaxi-chauffeur over valutadevaluatie en inflatie via een vertaalapparaat op mijn mobiele telefoon! Verhalen over een 18-jarige masseuse die haar school opgaf vanwege schulden van haar familie en al vroeg in de maatschappij terechtkwam door in een massagesalon te werken! Tijdens een boottocht in mijn eentje, terwijl ik uitkeek over de prachtige Han-rivier, zag ik een vrouw met haar twee kinderen aan boord, zonder echtgenoot. Twee dagen later hoorde ik dat ze gescheiden was, 20 seconden nadat ik haar weer op het strand in Mykevich had ontmoet, en daarna gingen we alweer uit elkaar, 40 seconden later! Het prachtige Da Nang en de mensen van Da Nang zullen herinneringen voor altijd in mijn geheugen gegrift blijven. Ik zwom elke ochtend van 08:30 tot 09:30 in het buitenzwembad. Ik zwem altijd vlinderslag, rugslag en vrije slag, niet zomaar wat rondzwemmen. De zwembadbeheerders waren geweldig, maar het buitenzwembad moet echt grondig schoongemaakt en gecontroleerd worden. De vier hoeken van het zwembad zitten vol met vuil sediment. Er zijn een paar vrouwelijke medewerkers die de mannensauna in de massageruimte bezoeken. Daar kan een reden voor zijn (misschien iets met een man te bespreken), maar er zijn maar weinig mannelijke medewerkers die zonder reden de vrouwensauna bezoeken. Ik vind dat gendergelijkheid ook in hotels zou moeten gelden. Ik heb gekozen voor het Melia Beanpearl Da Nang Riverfront Hotel en ben tevreden over mijn verblijf van meer dan 10 dagen. Er was vakantie tijdens die periode, maar dat was juist het mooie van reizen. Bedankt voor de mooie herinneringen! Ik wens je het allerbeste.

Pretty good 4-star hotel. It’s right in front of my Khe beach so great if you wanna spend time on the beach. Plenty of food options nearby within 5-10 min walk. Else Grabcar is easy and very affordable too. They have a nice rooftop pool with good views. Breakfast is also a very good spread of local and western plus Korean and Indian options. You can also see the dragon bridge weekend 9pm Fire and Water shows from the rooftop pool and restaurant if you’re lazy to take a Grabcar there.

What an amazing experience to stay at this hotel when you are at Da Nang or Hoi An (only 50min of motorbike). The afternoon tea and breakfast are amazing and the options for dinner are for every budget and desire. A plus would be a water refill station for the resident who want to refill their bottle to visit without going by a new bottle before !

Dit hotel ligt op een toplocatie in het toeristische centrum van Da Nang. De kamers waren ruim en schoon. Het enige minpuntje was dat de badkamer geen hoofdingang had, maar alleen een douche, wat lastig was voor wie meer privacy zoekt tijdens het douchen.

The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay. But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

There is a bathtub in the room and that works. In this cost its an average hotel, they don't clean everyday and that reflects in room quality also. But location and access is good and placebis quite reasonable.
