I don’t write reviews often. I will say I was not impressed with this stay first of all the master bedroom door would not shut all the way nor would it lock so it kept constantly opening the air at night would turn off, even though we set it on 71 and it would get very hot at night it was not comfortable to sleep. Also, the room that I originally booked, which was a two bedroom suite with king beds in both rooms, they told me upon checking in that they no longer had that room, but they upgraded me to a better room. However, the room that they put us in, the living room was much much smaller like the size of a postage stamp and was not comfortable to hang out, and there was more room in the entryway in hallway then there was in the rest of the room. The waitresses we had at the pool were not friendly nor accommodating so overall I would say that this day was not that great and I would probably not come back for the price tag. I spent $1100 with Florida discount to stay one night it was not worth it

Fantastische locatie. Zeer comfortabele bedden. Het zwembad is veel te klein voor de grootte van het hotel. De rolstoel bij het zwembad werkte niet, wat een grote teleurstelling was.

停車需要額外付錢喔，停車25刀一天。酒店距離海灘步行5min，非常近,離大部分餐廳步行10min之內。如果不想走路，也有高爾夫車送去沙灘和餐廳。員工都很友好！早餐簡單但是都很不錯。房間也乾淨，推薦入住。

Toen ik hotel Pelican Pointe boekte, wist ik dat het een ouder pand was, dus ik had geen luxe verwacht. Bovendien was de prijs super voordelig! Bij aankomst was de kamer erg ruim voor ons gezin van vijf personen. Het was een soort semi-suite; de keuken was gescheiden van de bedden, maar niet volledig afgesloten. Er waren 2 tweepersoonsbedden en een uitklapbare futonbank in het keuken-/eetgedeelte. Het was schoon, maar er hing een vreemde geur. Een kleine, goed uitgeruste keuken met koelkast en magnetron was echter wel handig. Op het eerste gezicht was het prima. De locatie is geweldig, precies aan de overkant van Clearwater Beach, en er is gratis parkeergelegenheid, wat een fijne bonus is (ik haat het om extra te moeten betalen voor parkeren, dus dat was echt super, zeker gezien de prijs). Ik dacht dat we echt een goede deal hadden gescoord met deze vondst, totdat... mijn zoon een gigantisch insect in de badkamer zag, en het bleek een kakkerlak te zijn!!! IEUW!!!! Tijdens ons verblijf zagen we nog een paar grote kakkerlakken en overal heel veel kleine kakkerlakjes. We waren bang om de lichten uit te doen, want zodra je dat deed, kwamen de kakkerlakken tevoorschijn. Echt vies en een enorme afknapper!!!! Het spreekt vanzelf dat we met de lichten aan hebben geslapen. We hebben er niets van gezegd, want als er kakkerlakken in deze kamer zitten, is de kans groot dat het hele hotel er last van heeft! Als het niet voor de kakkerlakken was geweest, zou ik dit hotel zeker aanbevelen, maar ik zou er nooit meer teruggaan na het zien van die vieze beesten. Het hotel moet ongediertebestrijding laten uitvoeren en van die kakkerlakken afkomen!!!!

While researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation. I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown. A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed. I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied. I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils. Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

Mijn man en ik boekten een vakantie bij het Bilmar in Treasure Island en we vonden het geweldig! Heather en Viola bij de receptie waren een genot! Heather deed er alles aan om ons verblijf onvergetelijk en plezierig te maken. De kamer was erg schoon en het bed was erg comfortabel. Alles was op loopafstand van het hotel en het strand en het zwembad waren geweldig. Mike en Louis, de barmannen bij Sloppy Joe's en Waves waren geweldig. Van het personeel tot het resort en de locatie was alles geweldig en we kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren! En mis de mooiste zonsondergangen die je ooit zult zien niet! Gregory & Janel

La habitación en general estaba limpia, excepto la nevera que tenía un poco de arena de playa, solicité un microondas y una rollaway bed, eso llegó enseguida, pero el microondas estaba asqueroso. La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, allí hay salida directo hacia la playa, el estacionamiento es un costo adicional por noche, también cobran un fee adicional que te incluye cierto servicio básicos, no te incluye sombrillas, es bueno saberlo para que no sea una sorpresa. La atención en front desk pareciera robotizada pero el resto del personal hacen una gran diferencia. En general fue una experiencia grata poder olvidarte de manejar e ir caminando hacia la playa, boulevard, restaurantes todo está cerca.

Nice bay view at upper floors. Very clean. Housekeeping great. Room big and comfortable with good energy. Room shows still damage from water from hurricane Milton. A Hilton room should be more updated. Nothing worth in the room for a deposit of several hundreds of Dollars. Anyway, had a great stay and enjoyed the location. Lobby great for a business meeting. Also good to work in the room, big office table and comfortable office chair.

Overall good place but there are about 6 elevators and only 1-max 2 of them were in working condition for the 4 days we were there. Great beach and awsome location.

Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio
