Hotels met parkeergelegenheid in Riyad

Arrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready! The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.

Het hotel ziet er fantastisch uit. Management is ronduit slecht! Bij het inchecken wordt geen informatie gegeven waar je welke faciliteit kan vinden en de openingstijden van het ontbijt en overige outlets. Bestellen van drankjes en hapjes op de binnenplaats is ronduit slecht geregeld. Een half uur wachten om een bestelling door te geven is niet goed. Communicatie van medewerkers onderling ging niet goed. Wij wilden gebruik maken van hun services maar deze ging niet adequaat. Bij het uitchecken werd er niet gevraagd of alles naar wens was etc… Al met al, geen communicatie, dus best jammer want het hotel en de locatie is geweldig.

各種設施都很好，衞生環境非常舒適，視野很好，夜景很美。旁邊有個奢華流光溢彩的商場。黃金閃閃，整個酒店也非常的奢華現代及典雅。健身房很棒，早上起來健身視野非常開闊。泳池也很美。

Good and quiet hotel, has good and various breakfast and good internet. The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. I had an amazing stay at Su Casa Hostel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Riyadh with easy access to malls, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the communal areas are great for meeting fellow travelers. I also loved the vibrant, cozy atmosphere that makes the hostel feel like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting Riyadh for sightseeing or just passing through, Su Casa Hostel is an excellent choice for a comfortable and social stay.

فندق حديث نظيف. على الرغم من كبر الجناح ولكن يعيبه صغر الحمام والمغسلة مع عدم وجود كاسات لحفظ فرش الاسنان مثلا ، وعدم وجود علاقات للملابس. في الصالة الاضائة خلف التلفاز قوية جدا ولايمكن اغلاقها وبالتالي مزعجة.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

اعدت اقامتي بالفندق عدت مرات لأني وجدت غايتي من كل شي

موقع الفندق ممتاز لقربه من مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصى. بالنسبة للغرف كانت واسعه ومريحة ولكن بالنسبة للاثاث يحتاج الى تغيير لانها قديمة لان دولاب الملابس الباب لا يقفل وايضا ادراج التسريحة مكسرة.
