Hotels met parkeergelegenheid in Krakau

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

De faciliteiten waren schoon, het ontbijt was heerlijk en het bed was comfortabel. Het was niet te ver van het centrum, wat fijn was, en er was een tankstation en een supermarkt recht tegenover, wat handig was. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen.

Our stay in Krakow was perfect especially the hotel we stayed in was nice and comfortable. We would love to come here again should we go to Krakow in the coming years.

Ik zou een perfecte beoordeling voor het hotel hebben gegeven, maar mijn uitcheckervaring was niet goed omdat ik 50 euro meer moest betalen dan de bedoeling was. De meisjes bij de receptie gaven trip.com de schuld en vroegen zich zelfs af of ik andere diensten via de website had besteld, ook al bracht het hotel mij kosten in rekening. Omdat ze niet konden achterhalen waarom ze mij meer in rekening brachten, vroegen ze me een e-mail te schrijven naar de beheerder van het hotel. Hij loste het probleem op en betaalde het teveel betaalde bedrag terug, maar de stress bij het uitchecken bezorgde mij angst. Verder is de hotelkamer erg mooi en groot en ligt de locatie in een rustige buurt tegenover een park, gemakkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Ik heb niet ontbeten in het hotel, maar er zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Leuke touch - capsule-koffiezetapparaat in de kamer en gratis koffie in de lobby.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

De positieve punten. Het hotel was modern, gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het centrale plein, en de kamers waren brandschoon. Het ontbijt was van goede kwaliteit met een gevarieerde keuze. De negatieve punten. Een schoonmaakster kwam vroeg in de ochtend mijn kamer binnen zonder te kloppen. Ik geloof dat ze niet doorhad dat de kamer bezet was. Ik lag bloot in mijn ondergoed in bed. Het zorgde voor veel schaamte, zowel voor mij als voor haar. Ik diende een klacht in. Die werd echter terzijde geschoven en er kwam geen verontschuldiging. Van de receptiemedewerker. Ik bestelde eten, en toen het door het restaurant werd bezorgd, werd het bij de receptie van het hotel achtergelaten. Toen ik uiteindelijk een telefoontje van de receptie kreeg via mijn mobiel, was het eten koud en bedorven. De receptioniste beweerde dat ze naar mijn kamertelefoon had gebeld - dat had ze niet gedaan. Nog een incident met de schoonmaaksters: ze gooiden mijn waterfles weg toen ze de kamer schoonmaakten. Ik vroeg waar die was, en ze gingen de zwarte zakken doorzoeken. Ik was totaal geschokt dat ze dachten dat ze mijn bezittingen in de prullenbak konden gooien. Het personeel kan kortaf zijn. De verschillende functies zijn nogal vervreemd van elkaar, waardoor de sfeer in het hotel vrij koud is. Als ze de harmonie van het personeel zouden verbeteren, zou de sfeer in het hotel gastvrijer zijn.

Mooi hotel aan de rand van Krakau. 10 minuten lopen naar het treinstation, vanwaar 7 minuten naar de luchthaven. De kamer had water, een waterkoker, thee en koffie. Vlakbij, aan de overkant van de weg - McDonald's.

Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
