The hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed. Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service. Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs. Hotel staff needs more training.

Interesting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel. Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome. Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind. Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque. Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service. Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was bit far from the main stations or city stations but it was perfect. Our room was spotless, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety. Kudos to all of the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

We hebben echt genoten van onze 4-daagse reis naar Boracay met ons verblijf in het HUE Hotel! We kregen een zeer goedkope kamer en hij is ruim! De locatie van het hotel is ook erg gunstig ten opzichte van alle bezienswaardigheden, op loopafstand van het strand, een supermarkt en ze bieden zelfs activiteiten aan zoals biljarten, KTV en dergelijke, hoewel je hiervoor wel moet betalen. Al met al een 10/10 voor mijn verblijf.

Sobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord. May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra. Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊 Thank you po sa inyo. God bless sa business 😌🥰🫶

We had a wonderful experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team! Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.

Great quiet isolated location, away from the buzzy stations of Boracay. Breakfast options were very limited, understandable for a small apartment. The pictures were accurate, what you see is what you get. However there was no hot water in the unit. We stayed there for three days and the hot water was only ”turned on” on our last day.

Over het algemeen is het oké. Als je geen hoge eisen stelt aan de plek om te wonen, is het hier oké. Misschien komt dat omdat er al jaren geen zaken meer zijn en de epidemie. Misschien wil de huisbaas het niet repareren. Ik woon heel dicht bij het strand. D'Mall is erg handig en het personeel is erg aardig.

Great location and right at the end of the runway where you can see planes landing and taking off and very short distance. Check in process was fine and we expect a very basic room for the price paid and it was the only hotel available but when we entered the room, there was an infestation of ants. We notified housekeeping who did attend to the issue right away while we went outside to Kam’s restaurant which was so cool and awesome with great views on the beach of the sunset. Food was decent and nearly half the price of the island and double the portions. The biggest disappointment was that we paid for breakfast which was to be served from 6am and we had to leave for the airport (5 minute walk away) at 7am. I notified the waitresses who took my order the night before. When I woke up at 6 and went down to the restaurant expecting the food to be ready, they hadn’t even begun cooking it and proceeded to take my order again. I waited 15 minutes but still not served so when I chased them they still had not even started cooking so I just asked for coffee to which they said it was the 3-1 satchet so I thought fine, it’ll take a minute and I can take the coffee to my room whilst we get ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no rush to make it and didn’t not understand my own urgency so I told them to bring to the room which they eventually did. It was also annoying that they didn’t even have another customer in the restaurant so there was no reason why the food was not ready or even cooked on time.

All was ok , but really far from all the activities. They have transfer, but not many slots. Ppl are nice there. But behind the fridge it was too dirty. Breakfast I also didn’t like , but it is my personal opinion. And they r pet friendly, that is very good. Also massage is good.
