Hotels met parkeergelegenheid in Kuching

Check in was late and I had to wait for a few hours. It was raining and i wanted to walk around the area but my request for an umbrella was not met. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic due to limited space. Selection was limited too.

Always a good time at Sheraton. This time I had the time to use the gym, tho small it has enough threadmills. Swimming pool is lovely in the evening too.

The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant atmosphere that creates a very comfortable stay. The interior is stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. However, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control, especially considering it is a newly opened property. The white coffee table in my room was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. When I wiped it with my hand, dust came off immediately. Surprisingly, the other tables in the room were clean, so it seemed that this particular table had been overlooked. I also found dust on the floor beside the glass panel next to the bathtub, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. In addition, there was a loose screw beside the fish tank, along with visible traces of unfinished construction or installation work. These details should have been properly cleaned up and inspected before the room was handed over to guests. The weighing scale also had visible dirty marks on it, which did not leave a good impression. Another disappointment was that I called Guest Services twice to report these issues, but no one answered either call. In the end, I gave up trying. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design, elegant ambience, and comfortable bed. My experience would have been much better if more attention had been given to cleanliness, room inspection, and guest service. I hope the management will address these issues, as the hotel has great potential to provide an excellent guest experience. Should the hotel require further clarification, I would be happy to provide videos documenting the issues I encountered during my stay. De kamer is te basic en niet zoals elk ander 5-sterrenhotel om te vergelijken. Toilet en badkamer - je kunt de schaduw zien van de persoon die het gebruikt. Niet voor familie of vrienden om bij elkaar te blijven. Airconditioning niet koud, ook al is het 2 pk in de kamer. Ik zweet zal slapen. Misschien vanwege het warme weer. Geen tv voor balkonkamer. Vanuit mijn kamer (Entelo). Het uitzicht kan de zee niet echt zien vanwege de takken van de decorboom. Als je een beetje kunt trimmen. Personeel zo warm en vriendelijk. Service zo snel. Uitzicht is spectaculair. Zwembad leuk en ik hou echt van het uitzicht. Eten gemiddeld. In de hoop dat je meer voedselkeuzes kunt maken.

Een heel mooi en speciaal concept om in een betonnen buis te wonen. We hadden een externe badkamer waardoor het comfortabeler was in het slaapgedeelte. Het terrein is erg groen en schoon. De twee zwembaden zijn goed voorbereid, maar de buitenlounges zouden beter schoongemaakt en bewaard moeten worden. Vooral voor en/of na regen zouden ze opgeslagen of behandeld moeten worden om schimmel te voorkomen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, bijvoorbeeld met ophaalservice. Alleen op dagen met veel mensen waren ze een beetje overweldigd. Het ontbijt zou beter gecontroleerd moeten worden en op tijd bijgevuld moeten worden. De sportschool is voorwaardelijk bruikbaar. De loopband is kapot, het zadel van de spinningfiets is niet verstelbaar.

Not aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room. Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner. Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too. Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

There was an issue with the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was good, but some rooms didn’t have a hair dryer or a fridge. However, I was impressed because the maintenance team asked if I wanted to change rooms and directly contacted the receptionist, who immediately allowed us to do so.

Easy location halfway between Kuching airport and city centre. Very friendly guy at the reception speaks English with a US accent. The room itself was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Breakfast the choice was very limited. But what they had was pretty tasty. No coffee machine, sadly. Overal very adequate for the price they charge.

Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and it’s very cosy and peaceful. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. I was accommodated in a nice room with a pool and sea view. Faiz Haslan has also shared some information about the places to visit around, which was very helpful. Breakfasts were very nice, and there was a good food variety. Chinese New Year Eve’s dinner was excellent, great food variety and delicious. It would be good to have wifi available in the room and not only in the public areas.

I booked a king size room, the room has space and it's comfy. But, 1. There is no place to sit except a bed in the room. 2. I didn't receive instructions to check in and have to make multiple calls. 3. The shower is great, however if the room next to you is showering, you can hear the water pump and it's loud. There are multiple people who shower around 1 am and it's terrible. If the sound can be controlled then it's great. Overall good to stay.
