Hotels met bar in Kuching

"Overall rooms are basic with towels, toilet necessities provided. The shower hot water & pressure is super for a refreshing bath. Inter room sound insulation is quite bad you can hear the next room talking or watching TV clearly. Front desk staff were helpful in explaining the hotel policy. The hotel needs to look into their breakfast with better food varieties and the amount of food being served. We came down around 7:30am with most of the trays empty. Kitchen staff should also be trained to serve customers beside giving a deaf ear when customers assistance or request instead of just walked away into the kitchen."

"The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant atmosphere that creates a very comfortable stay. The interior is stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. However, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control, especially considering it is a newly opened property. The white coffee table in my room was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. When I wiped it with my hand, dust came off immediately. Surprisingly, the other tables in the room were clean, so it seemed that this particular table had been overlooked. I also found dust on the floor beside the glass panel next to the bathtub, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. In addition, there was a loose screw beside the fish tank, along with visible traces of unfinished construction or installation work. These details should have been properly cleaned up and inspected before the room was handed over to guests. The weighing scale also had visible dirty marks on it, which did not leave a good impression. Another disappointment was that I called Guest Services twice to report these issues, but no one answered either call. In the end, I gave up trying. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design, elegant ambience, and comfortable bed. My experience would have been much better if more attention had been given to cleanliness, room inspection, and guest service. I hope the management will address these issues, as the hotel has great potential to provide an excellent guest experience. Should the hotel require further clarification, I would be happy to provide videos documenting the issues I encountered during my stay. "kamer met uitzicht op de rivier. locatie is geweldig. op loopafstand van de waterkant van Kuching. kamer is bescheiden en vrij eenvoudig - ongekunstelde, alleen maar saaie decoraties en meubels. om uit te spreken dat de locatie een vijfsterrenhotel is, is overdreven. teleurgesteld over airconditioning, niet in staat om de kamer tot het gewenste niveau te koelen. voorzieningen zijn niet voldoende voor een familiekamer."
