Liked this hotel as a Business traveller

Second stay at Pullman and enjoyed its spacious room.
Bathroom comes with a bathtub.
Gym was basic and there's jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna.

I was assigned to room 1022 and upon entering the room, I was appalled to see ants crawling on the wall. It could be due to sweet food remnants left behind by the previous guest. I called the reception immediately and was attended by a receptionist, Mr Clement.
Clement was so apologetic and performed an elaborated service recovery even though I was merely asking for just a room change. The next day, he arranged for a chocolate cake to be delivered to my room. I'm very impressed at how dedicated he is towards his job. Although the hotel lacks in terms of the hardware as it has shown signs of aging, I'm sure I'll be back again for the warm Malaysian hospitality I received from staff like Clement!
Thank you very much Clement and Pullman Kuching. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Check in semalam di Pullman sebelum fly balik KL. Lokasi startegik boleh jalan kaki ke area Waterfront dan sekitar banyak kedai makan dan attractions. Breakfast buffet just nice ada served laksa sarawak dan juga kolo mee. Cuma nya ada sedikit masalah semasa nak breakfast,bila bagitahu no bilik reception di restoran kata no bilik tak didaftarkan. Rupanya masa check in receptionist lupa nak masuk kan untuk breakfast. Yang lain-lain semua ok.

Pullman Kuching exceeded my expectations in every way! The location right by the waterfront was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself felt modern and luxurious, and my room was spacious and comfortable with stunning views.
But the true highlight was the breakfast. An incredible spread of fresh local specialties, delicious pastries, and healthy options, all beautifully presented in a bright and airy setting.
Service throughout my stay was excellent, with the staff always friendly and willing to help.
Whether you're in Kuching for business or leisure, Pullman Kuching is a fantastic choice, and the breakfast alone is worth a visit!
