Voordat u incheckt, zal de receptie u informeren over de details van het inademen van zuurstof, en u ook zorgvuldig adviseren om meer water te drinken. Er is onbeperkt mineraalwater aanwezig in de lobby en gratis cola in de koelkast! 's Avonds werd er ook fruit gegeven.
Het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd en smaakt erg goed, en je kunt zelfs het Potala-paleis zien! De koffie is ook heerlijk, en het kleine broertje is zo attent dat hij bloemen meeneemt🐮Het is absoluut de eerste keuze voor een verblijf in Lhasa👍🏻"

"Bosses and staff were caring with my altitude sickness. Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. I extended my stay and returned for another night after a trip."

"特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。
選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。
後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。
位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！"

"這次出差來拉薩，在網上對比選了很多家酒店，看了是新開業的酒店，網友評價還不錯，最終訂這家入住幾晚，體驗感超出預期的好👌
從在酒店門口下車，就有禮賓幫忙拿行李到前台，辦理入住很順暢，還給我們每人獻上哈達，送上熱熱的甜茶，引導我們找到房間，管家介紹了樓層設施，洗衣房和健身房，每間房單獨有微信管家服務羣，真的太太太貼心！
酒店還提供了藏式下午茶，有特色體驗活動（非遺藏香體驗製作，非遺唐卡體驗製作，冥想頌缽音療）體驗感拉滿，很贊👍
去二樓餐廳點菜用餐，菜品豐富，口味不錯，我們 6 人一致好評，連續在酒店吃了三天，早餐和正餐都很不錯
房間內設施細節，想要誇幾個細節，礦泉水和冰箱小零食可以無限續，每間房都配送了兩頂藏式特色帽子，配備了棉柔便服套裝，甚至洗臉枱配送了一盒洗臉巾，這個真的很細節，其他酒店不常見。每天不是給我們配送水果盤就是保温壺裝綠豆甜湯，好幸福！服務生還會貼心幫忙開夜床，放好拖鞋，調整燈光，入住感受真的像被家人在照顧，路過任何角落遇見客人，都會跟客人親切打招呼問好，由此可見，酒店管理有秩序，有温度，有用心👍
當然，也有個人覺得需要改進的地方，需要提個小建議給酒店，可以綜合考慮是否採納，浴室沒有配拖鞋或者地墊，剛進浴室站在冷冷的地磚上會覺得很涼，希望下次回來入住會驚喜發現有不一樣了，

"Het hotel ligt vlakbij de Jokhang-tempel. Het is erg handig om te reizen. De zuurstofhoudende kamer die we geboekt hebben is erg goed voor het inademen van zuurstof via de neus. Het geluid van de waterfiltertank is echter te luid. Ik weet het niet als er zuurstof in de lucht zit. Ik voel het niet. Het ontbijt is gemiddeld en de service is in orde. Het professionele niveau moet worden verbeterd. Midden in de nacht klopte een lama op de deur. Toen ik contact opnam met de Bij de receptie werd hem gevraagd de deur te openen en tegen de lama te zeggen dat hij op de verkeerde deur had geklopt. Het personeel zou het initiatief moeten nemen om de bewaker te vragen langs te komen. Voor de rest is alles in orde. Veel buitenlanders verblijven in dit hotel."

"Een perfect verblijf dat de verwachtingen overtrof. Parkeren is ook erg handig. Voor wie zelf rijdt, is het absoluut de eerste keuze. De kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien en ruikt lekker. Het is erg schoon. Voordat we aankwamen, voegde de vriendelijke gastvrouw ons van tevoren toe op WeChat om ons de route en voorzorgsmaatregelen te vertellen. Ze was erg hartelijk en behulpzaam. Na aankomst hielp ze ook met de bagage. Ze was superenthousiast. Het observatiedek op de vierde verdieping is ook geweldig. 's Avonds ontmoette ik mijn leeftijdsgenoten in het beroemde hostel en raakte ik dronken, terwijl ik in de verte het Potala Paleis zag. Het was erg aangenaam. Er zijn ook verschillende prachtige armbanden gemaakt door de jonge dame bij de receptie. Van de hardware tot de software, je voelt de zorg van de winkel. In tegenstelling tot sommige negatieve recensies is het erg goed."

GGastgebruiker環境、設施、服務、位置都很棒～～睜眼就能看見藍天白雲，客棧裏有各個餐館的菜單，可以直接送到客棧，還可以**餓了麼，送達在二樓花園吃。客房乾淨整潔，包括公區都很乾凈。客棧有電梯，辦完入住老闆還是會幫忙把行李送到房間，離文成公主看演出步行5分鐘，去布達拉宮開車10分鐘，推薦！推薦！

The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn !
Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean.
Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off.
A most enjoyable stay. Tops all otherss I have stayed in Tibet.

They don't have experienced of handling non local guests.
Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay.
However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English.
I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here?
She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time.
It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

The food is delicious, amazing breakfast buffet with very high quality items and the restaurant food was succulent.
Also. When staying at Songtsam, make sure to have a massage at their spa. The Spa lady Tenzin phuti is so knowledgeable and will give you a massage like you never had before. A must do at the hotel.
Big thank you to Sonam, English speaking lady who took good care of me and her English was brilliant.
Overall, Songtsam is an amazing hotel and you won’t regret staying there!

GGastgebruiker本人3.28入住該酒店，高反厲害，看到攜程後台提示酒店是晚八點開始供氧，衹能自己買幾瓶氧氣瓶，房間加濕器有問題客房服務員進屋一個招呼不打，直接把加濕器水加上就走，最起碼的禮貌或者善意提醒顧客使用説明都沒有，平日沒有培訓或者考核，到了八點還沒有氧氣，我的氧氣瓶已經吸完，我給前台打電話她告訴八點半才開始供氧，到了八點半還沒有又給她打電話，她説師傅去開了，八點三十三再打電話説等一下，八點三十七我直接到前台質問，還是沒有絲毫不安，我一個高反人羣奔着西藏賓館貴賓樓去，其他酒店很多提供全天供氧，他們晚上八點半到第二天七點這個時間段供氧很不友好，沒想到到了時間段還不提供沒有絲毫抱歉，本人高反頭疼得厲害找到前台質問，高質量的服務應該提前給顧客打開氧氣，關心顧客身體狀況，這個前台高高在上對顧客難受沒有一點同情心，高反非常危險，本人在極度難受之際接受西藏賓館貴賓樓如此冷酷無情的服務體驗，絕不會再來第二次！！

GGastgebruikerThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
