環境、設施、服務、位置都很棒～～睜眼就能看見藍天白雲，客棧裏有各個餐館的菜單，可以直接送到客棧，還可以**餓了麼，送達在二樓花園吃。客房乾淨整潔，包括公區都很乾凈。客棧有電梯，辦完入住老闆還是會幫忙把行李送到房間，離文成公主看演出步行5分鐘，去布達拉宮開車10分鐘，推薦！推薦！

This is by a long way the best hotel I have stayed in , in Tibet. Love the ”Manor” feel, at the same time homely. The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn ! Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean. Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off. A most enjoyable stay. Tops all otherss I have stayed in Tibet.

I have to give 1 star service for this hotel. This hotel should put having a local phone number is a requirement for check-in. They don't have experienced of handling non local guests. Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay. However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English. I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here? She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time. It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij de Jokhang-tempel. Het is erg handig om te reizen. De zuurstofhoudende kamer die we geboekt hebben is erg goed voor het inademen van zuurstof via de neus. Het geluid van de waterfiltertank is echter te luid. Ik weet het niet als er zuurstof in de lucht zit. Ik voel het niet. Het ontbijt is gemiddeld en de service is in orde. Het professionele niveau moet worden verbeterd. Midden in de nacht klopte een lama op de deur. Toen ik contact opnam met de Bij de receptie werd hem gevraagd de deur te openen en tegen de lama te zeggen dat hij op de verkeerde deur had geklopt. Het personeel zou het initiatief moeten nemen om de bewaker te vragen langs te komen. Voor de rest is alles in orde. Veel buitenlanders verblijven in dit hotel.

I had a really positive experience during my stay, thanks to the amazing service from Danny and Bowen at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and patient — solving my issues quickly and making sure everything was taken care of. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Big thanks to both of them for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable! Highly appreciate the excellent service!

在新開的購物中心裏，送兩張樓上的電影票，但是我這次沒時間去看。設施還不錯，沒有穿衣鏡。挺安靜的，也好打車。附近吃喝都很方便。 洗手枱🈶水漬和頭髮，有點敗好感。加強衞生打掃吧。

房間很乾凈設施齊全，周圍美食很多用餐很方便，酒店後面就是布達拉宮出遊也非常方便，早餐每天都不重樣，品種也很豐富，特別是幾個前台小姐姐服務非常非常熱情周到，看到我們高反嚴重立即給我們葡萄糖服用，還幫着將我們行李送到房間，在此衷心感謝幾位前台小姐姐！！！

1. 藏式風情超濃，房間乾淨舒適，24小時供氧地暖超貼心。老闆熱情周到，會給旅行建議，小院安靜愜意，曬太陽喝茶太舒服。位置便利，體驗感滿分，來西藏必住！ 2. 鬧中取靜的寶藏民宿，藏式裝修很有味道，衞生細節到位。供氧充足，高反無憂，服務温暖貼心，像回家一樣。觀景視野好，性價比高，強烈推薦！ 3. 超滿意的一次入住！民宿氛圍温馨，床品舒服睡得香。設施齊全，熱水充足，老闆友善好客，出行攻略實用。環境安靜，體驗感拉滿，下次還選這裏。

本人3.28入住該酒店，高反厲害，看到攜程後台提示酒店是晚八點開始供氧，衹能自己買幾瓶氧氣瓶，房間加濕器有問題客房服務員進屋一個招呼不打，直接把加濕器水加上就走，最起碼的禮貌或者善意提醒顧客使用説明都沒有，平日沒有培訓或者考核，到了八點還沒有氧氣，我的氧氣瓶已經吸完，我給前台打電話她告訴八點半才開始供氧，到了八點半還沒有又給她打電話，她説師傅去開了，八點三十三再打電話説等一下，八點三十七我直接到前台質問，還是沒有絲毫不安，我一個高反人羣奔着西藏賓館貴賓樓去，其他酒店很多提供全天供氧，他們晚上八點半到第二天七點這個時間段供氧很不友好，沒想到到了時間段還不提供沒有絲毫抱歉，本人高反頭疼得厲害找到前台質問，高質量的服務應該提前給顧客打開氧氣，關心顧客身體狀況，這個前台高高在上對顧客難受沒有一點同情心，高反非常危險，本人在極度難受之際接受西藏賓館貴賓樓如此冷酷無情的服務體驗，絕不會再來第二次！！

The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
