"特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。
選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。
後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。
位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！"

"Ik heb dit keer drie nachten achter elkaar in dit hotel verbleven. Het hotel is geopend in 2024 en is relatief nieuw. De kamers zijn relatief ruim en schoon. Het water in de douche is erg sterk. De klantenservice bij de receptie, Xiao Yang, manager Yao en de tante die de kamer schoonmaakt, nemen hun werk zeer serieus. Ik begreep niet hoe de wasmachine werkt, dus de klantenservice hielp me met het installeren ervan. De klantenservice bij de receptie heeft mijn kamer gratis geüpgraded. Het hotel is ook erg handig om in en uit te rijden en heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. Het ontbijt is ook goed met een ruime keuze. Je kunt lunch en diner bestellen in hun eigen restaurant. De prijs is betaalbaar, lager dan buiten, en de smaak is ook goed. Ik kom hier zeker terug na een wedstrijd op de Ali Grand Loop."

Service: Behalve enkele luxe vijfsterrenhotels op het vasteland, zijn er maar weinig hotels met zulke gedetailleerde diensten! Inclusief de bewaker die je hartelijk begroet als je binnenkomt en je helpt met je bagage als je de winkel verlaat.
Voordat u incheckt, zal de receptie u informeren over de details van het inademen van zuurstof, en u ook zorgvuldig adviseren om meer water te drinken. Er is onbeperkt mineraalwater aanwezig in de lobby en gratis cola in de koelkast! 's Avonds werd er ook fruit gegeven.
Het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd en smaakt erg goed, en je kunt zelfs het Potala-paleis zien! De koffie is ook heerlijk, en het kleine broertje is zo attent dat hij bloemen meeneemt🐮Het is absoluut de eerste keuze voor een verblijf in Lhasa👍🏻"

"This is by a long way the best hotel I have stayed in , in Tibet. Love the ”Manor” feel, at the same time homely.
The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn !
Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean.
Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off.
A most enjoyable stay. Tops all otherss I have stayed in Tibet."

TtripboiBeautiful hotel that still preserves its historical architecture with modern luxuries. We enjoyed the heated floor (it's so comfortable to walk around) and the oxygen machine (a lifesaver when we just reached Lhasa!). Special thanks to Guest Service staff - 次塔 for coordinating breakfast and housekeeping with us throughout our stay, and for helping to safekeep our forgotten item when we checked out! Her warm hospitality helped us ease into the high altitude environment more easily! Oh and don't forget to try the Indian restaurant within the hotel - it's extremely delicious and the price is affordable! We hope to return soon!

這裏很合適自駕，旁邊就是萬達廣場，出城去機場很方便，下次來拉薩 我會繼續考慮這裏。

Staff at the front line is not so helpful as expected when answering for transport assistance. Cleaniness of room is OK but one time staff forgot to clear the bin. GGastgebruiker第一次發自內心的想寫評價，本次旅行是帶長者和孩子，從到酒店的那一刻起就感受到了拉薩的熱情❤️我們入住的房型非常棒美中不足是沒有電梯，要辛苦保安小哥哥幫忙送大箱子上去，由於剛剛進藏大家都有些高反我們的背包也要辛苦他們送，前台小姐姐也是超級優秀，主打一個有求必應，還有酒店的特色文化超市也很棒，小姐姐一直有耐心的陪我挑選，從早到晚衹要有需要他們隨時在！！！現在年輕人能有他們這樣的工作熱情和工作態度真的很值得誇讚，哈哈哈哈希望老闆看見評論給他們加雞腿呦🍗全能的保安小哥哥真是六邊形戰士哪哪都有他的身影！

TTravel CatWe liked this hotel, it had a spacious atrium with a lot of healthy and green plants. Having the free laundry facilities was great. The location was perfect, it is within walking distance to the Jokhang temple and Potala Palace. There are many places to eat below the hotel.

AAqiangchuyou這個酒店的位置很不錯，去布達拉宮就幾分鐘時間，另外離八廓街也不遠，嗯，酒店的這個早餐也不錯，早餐的位置還能直接看到布達拉宮整體，酒有一個製氧啊，彌散製氧，如果你覺得彌散製氧還不夠的話，還可以掃那個醫用製氧，我昨天晚上還掃了一次！兩個小時59六個小時89。它的整體的智能系統也不錯，好像應該是錦江的系統，然後直接可以就是放背景音樂呀，開關窗簾。另外也比較舒服就是他直接晚上8點到12點吧，你可以叫他的那個藏葯泡腳，很舒服，那個床墊睡着我覺得也不錯，反正總體肯定是五星好評。每次回酒店大堂都有那個免費的那個紅景天那個水啊還送了我一個，那個還是那個什麼結？看圖片把！樓下剛好開個了陝西麪館吃的也不錯！麪不錯，就是涼菜有點拉胯，18一份就這？哈哈！希望對大家有幫助！

YYuanfangyoukeHet hotel ligt vlakbij de Jokhang-tempel. Het is erg handig om te reizen. De zuurstofhoudende kamer die we geboekt hebben is erg goed voor het inademen van zuurstof via de neus. Het geluid van de waterfiltertank is echter te luid. Ik weet het niet als er zuurstof in de lucht zit. Ik voel het niet. Het ontbijt is gemiddeld en de service is in orde. Het professionele niveau moet worden verbeterd. Midden in de nacht klopte een lama op de deur. Toen ik contact opnam met de Bij de receptie werd hem gevraagd de deur te openen en tegen de lama te zeggen dat hij op de verkeerde deur had geklopt. Het personeel zou het initiatief moeten nemen om de bewaker te vragen langs te komen. Voor de rest is alles in orde. Veel buitenlanders verblijven in dit hotel.

GGastgebruiker本人3.28入住該酒店，高反厲害，看到攜程後台提示酒店是晚八點開始供氧，衹能自己買幾瓶氧氣瓶，房間加濕器有問題客房服務員進屋一個招呼不打，直接把加濕器水加上就走，最起碼的禮貌或者善意提醒顧客使用説明都沒有，平日沒有培訓或者考核，到了八點還沒有氧氣，我的氧氣瓶已經吸完，我給前台打電話她告訴八點半才開始供氧，到了八點半還沒有又給她打電話，她説師傅去開了，八點三十三再打電話説等一下，八點三十七我直接到前台質問，還是沒有絲毫不安，我一個高反人羣奔着西藏賓館貴賓樓去，其他酒店很多提供全天供氧，他們晚上八點半到第二天七點這個時間段供氧很不友好，沒想到到了時間段還不提供沒有絲毫抱歉，本人高反頭疼得厲害找到前台質問，高質量的服務應該提前給顧客打開氧氣，關心顧客身體狀況，這個前台高高在上對顧客難受沒有一點同情心，高反非常危險，本人在極度難受之際接受西藏賓館貴賓樓如此冷酷無情的服務體驗，絕不會再來第二次！！

GGastgebruikerThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
