Leuk hotel, nieuw! De jongens doen hun best. Maar toch, langer dan twee nachten blijven wordt wel een beetje saai. Houd er rekening mee dat de grote kamer met aparte woonkamer op de benedenverdieping uitzicht heeft op de muur. 🤣, zie bijgevoegde foto. )))) Natuurlijk probeerden de ondernemende jongens ons eerst in een minder goede kamer te plaatsen, wat de eerste indruk een beetje verpestte, maar na een ontspannen diner (alles was trouwens erg lekker) en een ritje van de glijbanen, waren we weer rustig. Een verrassing wachtte ons in een andere kamer: de airconditioning in de slaapkamer werkte niet, mijn man sliep in de woonkamer... Het duurde 24 uur voordat ze het hadden gerepareerd. 🤦🏻♀️ In plaats van van de glijbanen te gaan, zat ik met de reparateurs in de kamer en legde ik vijf keer uit wat er moest gebeuren... Toen ze een ventilator brachten, moest ik echt hard lachen. De kamer was redelijk geprijsd, niet goedkoop. Maar als je positief blijft, zal niets je vakantie verpesten. 💪. Ik heb een ster afgetrokken vanwege het uitzicht op de muur, de slapeloze nacht in de hitte en de dag die ik de volgende dag verspilde aan het repareren van hun airconditioning.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Отличный отель! Превзошел все ожидания. Новый ремонт на всей территории, вкусное питание, рекомендую посетить японский ресторан алякарт, входит в стоимость. Есть падл и теннисный корт. Аренда ракетки 5€, корт бесплатно. Отличный аквапарк. Мы были в апреле и были прохладные бассейны, мы не купались. Хотелось бы чтобы их сильнее подогревали. Напитки в баре. Не так много импортного алкоголя

Superb hotel. Friendly staff looking after your every need. Room cleaned and restocked daily. Large rooms with everything you need taken care of. Lots of bars and restaurants. Superb selection of food and drinks. Great pool area and beach right outside hotel. Absolutely terrific experience and I would highly recommend.

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Очень понравился отель Megasaray Club Belek. Обслуживание на высшем уровне везде - на ресепшн, в ресторанах и кафе, уборка. Отличная локация и состояние объектов отеля. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, огромный выбор, также понравился кафетерий - и сладости и качество кофе. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику Мирзе за поздравления моей маме на ее день рождения.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Essen war sehr gut für jeden etwas dabei.. im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem würden definitiv wieder kommen

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!
