Everything was very beautiful. All staff, especially cleaning staff, were very interested, lazy and doing their jobs with a great appreciation. Events, shows and night parties were really unforgettable. Our children also had a lot of fun and enjoyed a great time. Especially the grace of the Hataylı pia master to the hands and guests was astonishing. The pia made it really very tasty and the lazy approach made our holiday even more fun. Our only negative experience was in the hospital section. When we requested cream for a simple disorder like coughing, we were asked to pay for the examination and we were suggested to provide the medicine from a pharmacy outside instead of the hotel. But everything was perfect. We were generally very happy. We are definitely thinking of coming back. This is a hotel we can recommend with a pleasure for children's families.

Mijn vrouw en ik verbleven in februari met onze twee kinderen. (5 en 1 jaar oud) Het weer was ideaal voor buitenspellen. Het Theme Park is zo mooi en groot dat het op Disneyland lijkt. Vooral de achtbaan is adembenemend. De kinderen hadden ook veel plezier. Dolfijnenshow aanbevolen. De hotelkamers zijn erg mooi en aantrekkelijk voor kinderen. Na het verlaten van het themapark zouden er meer speelactiviteiten voor kinderen moeten worden aangeboden in de binnenruimtes van het hotel en de ruimte hiervoor is wat klein. Wij willen graag minimaal één van onze kinderen onder begeleiding 1-2 uur in de kinderclub achterlaten. Een dergelijk gebied bestaat echter niet. Ontbijt en lunch zijn ideaal. Het diner is beter. In een all-inclusive hotelsysteem mag geperst sinaasappelsap echter niet extra in rekening worden gebracht. Ik ben piccolo Selim dankbaar voor zijn hulp. Hij maakte ons verblijf heel gemakkelijk. Op de dag dat ik het hotel verliet, sloot hij onze voerautomaat aan op elektriciteit en hielp hij me met het bereiden van het eten voor mijn kleine kind. Daarom hielp hij ons onze laatste dag comfortabel door te brengen. Ik word gewaardeerd voor je vriendelijke hulp.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Superb hotel. Friendly staff looking after your every need. Room cleaned and restocked daily. Large rooms with everything you need taken care of. Lots of bars and restaurants. Superb selection of food and drinks. Great pool area and beach right outside hotel. Absolutely terrific experience and I would highly recommend.

We stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway. The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious. We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses. The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics. We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me. The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H. The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.
