"Ik schrijf dit ook op: Omdat ik al lang van Moganshan Kaiyuan Senbo had gehoord, wilde ik deze keer uitproberen hoe het plafond van een ouder-kindhotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang en Shanghai eruitziet. Tijdens deze binnenlandse reis heb ik in veel hotels overnacht en Kaiyuan Senbo heeft wat betreft service en ouder-kindrelaties echt een hoger niveau bereikt.
Een pluim voor de receptie (zij wisten dat mijn kind zich niet lekker voelde en verhuisden ons naar het hoofdgebouw); een pluim voor de huishoudster Gege, die erg zorgzaam, behulpzaam en warm was tijdens ons verblijf van drie dagen en twee nachten, en erg hard en serieus werkte; een pluim voor het personeel in het restaurant en de amu*****tsfaciliteiten, wiens houding erg goed was; en ook voor Yiqi Travel Photography, het meisje dat de foto's selecteerde, zag dat mijn ogen ongemakkelijk waren en nam het initiatief om me medicijnen te geven... Zelfs de tante die de moeder- en babykamer schoonmaakt, is bijzonder goed voor kinderen.
Ook het ontwerp van het hotel is erg goed en de recreatieve routes, ouder-kindactiviteiten, catering, zelfbedieningswasserette, etc. zijn allemaal goed geregeld. De kinderen hebben drie dagen in Fantasy Island gespeeld en zijn meer dan tien keer met de skelter op pad geweest... Als het weer warmer wordt, kunnen ze vast meer plezier buiten beleven. Ik hoop hier in de toekomst met andere gezinnen naartoe te gaan en zal het aan andere vrienden in Hong Kong aanbevelen!"

"Ik ben deze keer erg tevreden over het hotel! ! ! Ik heb een verblijfspakket van twee nachten gekocht, wat zeer kosteneffectief is. "Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages.
There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe.
We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special.
Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning.
Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids.
Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences."

"We stayed in a villa with a stunning view of the mountains, truly a beautiful and peaceful location. The villa itself was well-designed and had a lot of charm, making it a memorable place to relax with friends.
However, from a service perspective, there were several small inconveniences that added up. You can't reach the villa directly by taxi, which made arrival and departure a bit complicated. There’s no on-site restaurant, and while food delivery is possible, you can’t have it brought directly to the villa, which is not ideal.
Inside the villa, we were a group of six, but found only a few pairs of slippers and not enough tea, basic amenities that should match the number of guests booked.
These oversights suggest a need for more attention to detail in guest preparation. Overall, a beautiful place that could become exceptional with a few service improvements, especially with the high level of competition around."

Tijdens een zakenreis naar Deqing heb ik ervoor gekozen om in het Hampton by Hilton Deqing Moganshan te verblijven. Voor de superior tweepersoonskamer die deze keer was geboekt, heeft de receptie deze geüpgraded naar een deluxe tweepersoonskamer en ook een gids verstrekt voor een bezoek aan Mogan Mountain?
Toen ik de logeerkamer binnenkwam, zag ik de t****e verrassing. In de gastenkamer wordt een fruitschaal klaargemaakt. De kamer is schoon en hygiënisch en er heerst een warme sfeer als 's avonds de verlichting in de kamer aangaat.
Als u afhaalbestelling bestelt, komt het hotel dit per robot bezorgen, u hoeft dus niet naar beneden. 🤤
De geluidsisolerende werking van het hotel is zeer goed, en de deelnemers die lichte slapers zijn en het hele jaar door aan slapeloosheid lijden, kunnen hier tot zonsopgang slapen. erg perfect. 😘

"Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel."

JJasur MavlyanovWe recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation.
For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel.
But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

GGastgebruikerOverall, our stay was a bit disappointing, especially given the high reviews, which had set our expectations quite high.
Although the hotel is relatively new, it lacks proper maintenance. The swimming pool and sunbathing area were not very clean. There was mold building up in the shower, and the rug in the room looked old and dirty. Additionally, there were no doors separating the bathroom and toilet areas, which was inconvenient. Sound insulation was poor — we could hear people talking in nearby rooms and common areas quite clearly.
The hotel's location is right next to a busy road, which was not apparent from the photos. Contrary to the hotel description, there was no bamboo forest nearby, so our plan to escape the city for a peaceful countryside retreat didn’t work out as we had hoped.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Some fruit and tea were provided free of charge, and the homemade Chinese-style breakfast was decent. The hotel is also within walking distance to the town center and several restaurants, which was convenient.

Welcomed by Jane, the host, we immediately felt at home.
We would not have changed a single object there, nor in the common area. Fully in line with our personal tastes.
We found out later that Jane’s husband, a designer, was behind the the set-up. Not a surprise at all.
In addition to a yummy breakfast, that pas planned, we ended up having a dinner and a late lunch. Both prepared by a super ayi. So tasty and genuine.
We spend a couple of hours in the adjacent bamboo forest. Crispy air, unique light, insane calm (the whole area is so quiet).
We will definitely come back. When weather will allow the use of the welcoming swimming pool.

PPinkGirlExtremely sweet staff who are extremely friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and swift. We got there after 8 pm on a Friday night and the front desk was available and waiting for us. They allowed night swimming and had great a spacious Karaoke facility. This hotel /BnB is pet friendly and so our 2 fur kids were not discriminated against and was treated with a great care. Jinx is the girl at the front desk and she is very kind, always going the extra mile for us, even sending us locations and attractions close by on wechat. They provided us with a DIY barbecue on Saturday night and allowed us to have a party till quite
If I could suggest a few things it would be:
1. The cats in the cat enclosure have not had their space cleaned in weeks. There are feces and spider webs inside the 'space'. The cats never come out and look very unhappy. Please can they be better taken care of.
2. Rooms can be swept and cleaned daily.
3. Breakfast can be less dough based but some more fruit and healthier food options.
Overall, we would definitely visit again and really enjoyed such a warm environment.

Deze plek was echt een goede keuze die we gemaakt bij het boeken op ctrip, de plaats decoratie is super mooi en modern , is ook in een zeer rustige zone dicht bij een kleed en bamboe bos rondom , super rustig en mooi . Het personeel was buiten vriendelijk, opmerkzaam en professioneel , ze maakten ons voelbaar thuis . En de voedsel omg was geweldig, de keuken was Chinees, maar niet normaal Chinees, het was een plaatselijke stijl, maar super natuurlijk, alles smaakt super fris en net als ze de ingrediënten van hun boerderij gebruikten. Ik adviseer dit huis zeer aan mensen die een gateway van de grote stad zoeken, hier is alles wat je verwacht van moganshan maar beter omdat de kamers waren beter dat in mijn eigen huis lol, internet werkte perfect, ook de douche en tv alles perfect. We kwamen met treinen van Deqing en ze helpen ons de bestuurder te organiseren om ons op te halen , zeer aanbevelen deze plek !

Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night.
I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.

The entire camp has such a calm, serene, almost zen-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The design and layout of the place are stunning. There’s bamboo growing everywhere, adding to the natural, tranquil vibe. The cabins themselves are pretty modern and clean.
The staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful - even though there was a language barrier.
Whether we needed a ride somewhere around the camp (which was always available thanks to staff driving around regularly) or had a question, they were always happy to assist. Adding reception on WhatsApp made things even easier – they responded quickly to any requests we had.
The food was amazing. We especially loved the Chinese restaurant – every dish we tried was full of flavor.
There’s a communal pool and other fun activities like paddling, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy due to the weather. Still, it’s nice to know they’re available. There’s also a small animal park where one can see peacocks, goats, chickens and ducks. It’s also nice to just walk around the camp.
The views are just gorgeous, and the whole environment encourages you to relax and slow down. All in all, it’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy some peace and the beauty of nature.
One small downside was that there was only one coffee machine available at breakfast, which led to a long line. We ended up buying coffee, which was a bit inconvenient—especially since we could’ve had coffee for free. 🤭
I highly recommended Elephant and Moon! Would love to visit again!

BBH Kwon (quanbingxi）Everything including kind staffs is good except internet speed. Not able to connect social media through hotel wi-fi. It was very bad experience and uncomfortable while I stayed.
Not able to again if no improvement of this.

MMissBee2023Tucked up a mountain, perfect if you don’t want to venture too far out. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating- cooking food for us when we arrived, ordering in drinks, arranging cars to head into town.
The rooms are a little rough around the edges - they could do with a thorough repaint perhaps, but they were clean enough.
Great communal area to socialise with friends and great food too
