"Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel."

"這次春節訂了德清新開的萬楓酒店，去之前還有點擔心，畢竟第一次住萬楓，不知道和萬豪差別大不大！ 實際入住體驗還不錯，畢竟萬豪集團旗下基本的標準還是有的，房間也不錯，雖然不大但也夠了！不侷促！ 早餐相對萬豪是有點簡單的，這也可以理解。 主要是入住下來感覺酒店的管理還是不錯的，早餐雖然人很多，但每個客人都有人領位，所以一點也不亂，補貨也及時！ 最後一天我們其中有一間房間有異味，酒店方也能很及時的反饋並解決！ 下次櫻花盛開的時候再來德清還會入住！"

"The hotel location is good, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the mountain. It is very clean and well mantained, the staff is very kind and professional. Good breakfast, both Chinese and Western. Such a pity they closed the swimming pool, but the gym is well equipped."

"Property location was good, rooms were big & clean. Staff was very welcoming & soft-spoken. We decided to have dinner on arrival day, but we were late & kitchen was closed, but still staff cooked fried rice & noodles for us which was tasty. Breakfast next morning was also good with many options. Only downside was swimming pool was closed which we didn't know before booking. But in-room bathtub was big enough to accomodate all 3 of us. Overall good stay!"

"Geluk is nu eenvoudig. 😊 Tijdens een zakenreis naar Deqing heb ik ervoor gekozen om in het Hampton by Hilton Deqing Moganshan te verblijven. Voor de superior tweepersoonskamer die deze keer was geboekt, heeft de receptie deze geüpgraded naar een deluxe tweepersoonskamer en ook een gids verstrekt voor een bezoek aan Mogan Mountain? Toen ik de logeerkamer binnenkwam, zag ik de t****e verrassing. In de gastenkamer wordt een fruitschaal klaargemaakt. De kamer is schoon en hygiënisch en er heerst een warme sfeer als 's avonds de verlichting in de kamer aangaat. Als u afhaalbestelling bestelt, komt het hotel dit per robot bezorgen, u hoeft dus niet naar beneden. 🤤 De geluidsisolerende werking van het hotel is zeer goed, en de deelnemers die lichte slapers zijn en het hele jaar door aan slapeloosheid lijden, kunnen hier tot zonsopgang slapen. erg perfect. 😘 Ontbijtzaal: Rijk aan variatie en goede smaak. Het was een zeer goede verblijfservaring. Ik zal de volgende keer dat ik op zakenreis ga, voor Hampton by Hilton blijven kiezen. 😁"

"酒店非常棒，前台服務很熱情，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，枕頭高低合適，設施齊全，有健身房和洗衣房！ 到店登記時，總枱接待美女非常熱情。不但給升級了房間，還贈送了早餐。今天早上用餐，感覺非常不錯。菜品多樣，可口，衞生。下次來德清，還會繼續入住。"

"Ik ben deze keer erg tevreden over het hotel! ! ! Ik heb een verblijfspakket van twee nachten gekocht, wat zeer kosteneffectief is. Voordat u bij het hotel arriveerde, had een medewerker WeChat al toegevoegd. Als u iets heeft, kunt u via WeChat contact opnemen met de hotelhuishoudster. Toen we incheckten, wilden we op een hogere verdieping wonen, maar de receptie heeft het kamertype direct geüpgraded en ons een ontbijtbon gegeven. De kamer is groot en ruim, de bank is zeer comfortabel en de fitnessruimte is gratis. Ik verstuikte mijn enkel tijdens het spelen en het hotel gaf me een ijspak. Ik ben echt tevreden en zal de volgende keer hier blijven!"
