"一家三口這個春節突然決定去看一下冬天的賽里木湖，聽朋友的建議訂的這家的酒店，本來以為就是地州一般的酒店，但是還是挺不錯的，環境衞生都不錯，前台姐姐和保安師傅都不錯，給我們建議説如果看日出就早點去，但是賽里木湖也很看天氣和運氣，還説如果還想玩還可以去温泉縣泡温泉轉轉或者阿拉山口口岸，我們就按這條線路轉了一圈最後從阿拉山口回的烏魯木齊。前台姐姐還推薦了當地的吃飯的地方。酒店門口還有個24小時都開的早餐店，清真的。"

"This was the best trip ever! I travel to 3-4 cities every year, but this was genuinely the most comfortable stay. 1. The room was clean, and even though it's newly opened, there was no strange smell. 2. The staff seemed genuinely happy; even the laundry room attendant, seeing us waiting for our clothes, proactively offered us chairs to rest. 3. The key card is made of wood, which shows a great commitment to environmental protection. The in-room facilities are highly automated, and the use of space is also excellent. 4. Some of the better room types even feature a dual-zone smart sleep massage system, which truly makes it an incredible value for the price."

"This hotel is newly opened, so there's no unpleasant smell. The location is great, right across from the municipal Party Committee and government offices, and various bureaus. The parking lot is huge. The rooms are spacious, neat, and very clean. The design is very thoughtful and the service is attentive, making you feel at home. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes delicious, especially the beef noodles – they are really good! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and I hope it maintains this standard."

"This time I came to Bole for a business trip and stayed at Yizhi Hotel (Bole Store). The experience is really far beyond expectations. I must give a big praise! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was deeply attracted by the brand's iconic ”Yiranqing” main color. This blend of green vitality and blue tranquil color, instantly let people off the fatigue of the journey, as if in the ”sky blue and other misty rain” aesthetic mood, giving people a just right sense of relaxation. The design of the room perfectly interprets the concept of ”simple and qualitative”, there is no extra spare decoration, but the details show the quality everywhere. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is very relieved to lie on it; the light and shadow design to the main lamp makes the space look extra quiet, and it really makes people ”comfortable”. The intelligent experience of the hotel is also a highlight. From self-check-in to smart devices in the guest rooms, there is no sense of connection throughout the whole process, which not only protects privacy, but also greatly improves convenience. Especially the delivery robot and intelligent TV system, let the technology full of temperature, really do ”not disturb the gentleness” and ”I understand you” tacit understanding. The service is even more impeccable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and inherits the service DNA of the ”family temperature”. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

GGastgebruikerThe location of this hotel is right next to the ever famous Lake Rayhem. This is more like a boutique hotel with an excellent butler service satisfying your almost every needs. The reception was friendly and as they prepare your registration and room, they serve you with high tea. Excellent coffee with cakes and cookies and fresh fruits too. The manager, Mr. Su took special attention to all his customers looking into our additional needs which was immediately fulfilled within the hours. This is what is so lacking in this area here in China whereby the management take pride in their satisfaction of their customers. They will call to find out if you need them to doggy bag the breakfast for you when they don't find you there and they serve you with a good night milk before you hit the sack. All these fine details required lots of diligent works. This is one place I can see hardworking employees when compared to our places in Xinjiang. Pretty sure they will get lots of satisfying and returning customers.

AAiyo～weiya當初定氈房的時候，單純的就是想帶4歲半的小朋友體驗哈薩克的特色，感受不同民族的生活方式。結果…… 驚喜1：這裡在賽湖的高點，起床就能看日出，還能看完整個賽湖。對於大人來説這視野絕了。 驚喜2：老闆是一家三口，兒子是哈薩克的帥哥，是家裡普通話説得最好的，跟客户溝通都是他來，溝通完全無障礙，一家人特別樸實熱情，問什麼都是衹要弄得到都會盡量滿足。 驚喜3：他們家養了一羣牛，背後山上其他家養了一羣羊，家裡還有2條牧羊犬和幾匹馬，這真的是小朋友喜歡的畫面，跟狗玩，跟小羊對話，騎馬騎馬一直騎馬…還有就是識別羊糞和牛糞的差異，因為隨地可見，太天然了。 驚喜4：晚餐點了羊肉串，清燉羊排，手抓飯，兩大一小居然沒吃完，分量很足，味道也很好。清燉的羊肉湯一點羶味都沒有（最好是到之前提前點好，因為清燉羊肉湯要煲2小時左右） 當然，既然選擇氈房，就要做好一些心裏準備，如果能接受以下內容，再選擇：1）沒有獨立的廁所，衹有旱廁，不能洗澡。2）室內是暖爐，晚上要自己加碳不然堅持不到第二天早上。3）乾淨整潔的標準要對標同類氈房而不是五星級酒店。 總的來説，如果下次來這裏，我依然還會選擇這家氈房。

VVSTHelpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖. We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake. The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan. From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan. Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good. The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too.

GGastgebruiker前台阿飛很貼心，而且服務很好，還幫我們升級房型，點個贊!營地房間很滿意的，在房間就能看到賽里木湖，超級漂亮！早餐挺好吃的，房間乾淨整潔!設施服務到位，離景區很近，營地看日出日落也很方便，周圍風景也很棒!如果不想早起跑去景區看日出，這個酒店是最好的選擇！酒店附近還有賽里木湖最漂亮的咖啡廳，酒店還送了咖啡廳的下午茶。超級滿意這次住宿！推薦推薦！！！

The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
