Stayed at Fairmont Makati for a quick trip and everything was great. The location is super convenient—right next to Greenbelt and other malls. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. What made it extra special was that they surprised me with birthday snacks in the room. It was such a nice touch and really made my day. Staff were all really kind and helpful too. Would definitely come back.

My husband and pamangkins enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was great—wala akong masabi. The staff were very helpful, except for one receptionist at the Escolta area, if I remember correctly, her name was Julia. She was very rude and was the only one who did not assist us. When I approached her for help, she even walked away from us. Imagine, it was my husband’s birthday and we received that kind of treatment. I mean, we shouldn’t have to mention that it was his birthday just to be treated properly as guests. Our overall experience was excellent, but because of her, it was disappointing. She was the only one who negatively affected our stay at The Peninsula.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Our stay at Shangri-La was excellent. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious and spotless,. The amenities, from the pool to the fitness center, made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a luxurious and refreshing experience that I’d gladly recommend.

Het hotel was geweldig, met een mooie kamer. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. De grootste pluspunten van het hotel zijn absoluut de locatie vlakbij het winkelcentrum en vooral het heerlijke ontbijt. Ze hebben een ruime keuze, ik kan het van harte aanbevelen.

Mijn eerste keer verblijf in een slaapzaal in Manilla. Een aantal influencers hebben dit hotel geïntroduceerd. Wat mij gelukkig maakte, was dat wifi sterk is. Het zijn de belangrijkste dingen wie online zaken doet. Hoewel slaapkamers toilet doucheruimte schoon is. Bars op het dak zouden me Rockwell een helder zicht laten zien

Mijn recente verblijf in Y2 Residence Hotel was een aangename verrassing. Het biedt een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Ik kreeg het voor Php 1.400 op trip.com, de prijs is hoger op andere platforms. De locatie is ongelooflijk handig, met gemakkelijke toegang tot belangrijke zakenwijken en populaire attracties. De kamer waarin ik verbleef was ruim en goed ingericht. Het grote raam bood een prachtig uitzicht op de skyline van Makati. De voorzieningen waren indrukwekkend, inclusief snelle wifi, Netflix, een magnetron, basis toiletartikelen en een koffieset. De grote fles water was een attent gebaar. Het enige kleine probleem dat ik tegenkwam, was de onjuiste pinlocatie op Grabcar Map. Zelfs nadat ik de juiste hotelnaam had geselecteerd, zette de app me af op de verkeerde locatie. (Je moet een afslag naar de juiste plek maken) Ik hoop dat het hotel met Grab kan samenwerken om dit probleem op te lossen. Over het algemeen raad ik Y2 Residence Hotel ten zeerste aan iedereen aan die Makati bezoekt. Het is een comfortabele, betaalbare en goed gelegen optie die een geweldige ervaring biedt.

Leuke locatie, personeel erg vriendelijk. Hotel is helaas erg verouderd, het ruikt erg muf in de kamer en het ontbijt was eenzijdig.
