"家人們誰懂啊！經常出差和出遊，住過酒店很多，這是第一次為本次專業和熱情舒服的服務所感動而寫評價。 這次帶一大家子11口人入住賽里木湖旁的桔子水晶，還沒正式開業就已經被寵上天了。看我們小孩多，主動幫我們全部升級家庭大床房😭 我們到得晚，本來衹想問一下外賣，沒想到前台小姐姐主動説：“這麼晚了點外賣需要很長時間，不嫌棄我們安排幫您煮點麪吧！”， 結果端上來的麪里居然好多牛肉（驚喜之外的驚喜），每人一大碗直接送到房間，還額外送了果盤和點心盒！我們主動説算錢不然真太不好意思了[捂臉]小哥哥一直拒絕説不用客氣，特別要感謝這小哥哥（好像叫恩克？）又高又帥[愉快]，全程幫我們搬行李、按電梯、送餐，耐心得不得了。 第二天居然還贈送了賽里木湖專業拍攝！退房時還有驚喜伴手禮，這服務簡直是連環彩蛋，這驚喜和舒心遠超五星🎁 房間超大超新，設施高檔也就算了，床品才是真的絕！被子枕頭舒服到我一躺下就不想動，全家人都睡得太香了。 作為一家從廣東去到這寒冬的北方的南方小土豆，直接被這份暖心暖化了，是真的把客人當家人疼啊！強烈推薦給所有來賽里木湖的朋友，這家桔子水晶必須沖！👏👏👏"

"The location of this hotel is right next to the ever famous Lake Rayhem. This is more like a boutique hotel with an excellent butler service satisfying your almost every needs. The reception was friendly and as they prepare your registration and room, they serve you with high tea. Excellent coffee with cakes and cookies and fresh fruits too. The manager, Mr. Su took special attention to all his customers looking into our additional needs which was immediately fulfilled within the hours. This is what is so lacking in this area here in China whereby the management take pride in their satisfaction of their customers. They will call to find out if you need them to doggy bag the breakfast for you when they don't find you there and they serve you with a good night milk before you hit the sack. All these fine details required lots of diligent works. This is one place I can see hardworking employees when compared to our places in Xinjiang. Pretty sure they will get lots of satisfying and returning customers."
