"A very good stay here with their hot spring in room and hotel services are super good. Dinner and breakfast here were great and with great variety of good food. We booked the hot air balloon ride just right next to hotel, it was an amazing experience that must try."

"Very new hotel. One of the most friendly and cozy staffs I have ever met. The room is spacious, new and very clean. The dinner is average but the breakfast is so good. The even brought our leftover rice in the pot to make onigiri to go. Will definitely go back again next time in Hokkaido."

"Its okay but the bath is very crowded always. Even when its suppose to be just for hotel guest there is still alot of people. Rooms are huge and clean though. And location will need a car i think."

"彼女との初旅行で利用しました。 釧路から2時間もかからないぐらいで到着しました。 部屋は和室で広々としていて雰囲気も最高でした。 チェックインしてすぐ夜のビッフェに向かいました。 なんと刺身、天ぷら、ビーフステーキ、角煮などが食べれて 今までのビッフェで一番記憶に残りました。 食べ終わったら次は温泉へ向かいました。 モール温泉でサウナ、露天風呂付きで整いました。 ちょっとお酒を飲んで、夜は布団で眠る、至福の時間でした。 朝起きて朝のビッフェに行くと、とっびこが食べ放題！ 他にも美味しい料理がたくさんあり朝から幸せでした。 帯広市内からも近く大変おすすめです。"

"The best onsen experience I’ve had. The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped. The most gentle and intimate care of the staff really helped me relax and unwind the years hard work and stress. My mother very much loved as well. Thank you Sanyoan.
