"Het Hofhotel ligt in een rustige locatie aan de rand van Grömitz. Het faciliteit is zeer mooi en onderhouden. Het geboekte appartement XL was zeer groot en schoon. Van het balkon hadden we een mooi uitzicht. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. De medewerkers van het hotel waren allemaal voorafgaand en vriendelijk. Er waren genoeg parkeerplaatsen. We zullen zeker terugkomen."

"Some of the staff are terrible, and the local tax payment process is unclear and doesn't match the information on the government website Booked in early evening at the front desk Quoted £165 but went to present card but figure on screen was £245 I questioned this but receptionist said this was correct I said no way and she backed down and proceeded to take my payment of £165 Then she charged me for a 1 night stay 2 days government tax So for me and my partner we were charged 4 x £1.80 I later checked on your local government website and this clearly states for a 1 night stay tax is only £1.80 per person Something not right there!!!"

"**Absolutely Horrible Experience – Threatened Over Ketchup and Mayo** I have never written a review on TripAdvisor but after what I experienced in the Roof Restaurant bar I felt compelled to and hopefully, I will save people some money from this scam. I’m beyond appalled by the way we were treated at Roof Bayside Resturant. What was supposed to be a simple meal turned into one of the most stressful dining experiences I’ve ever had, all because of a miscommunication over ketchup and mayo. We asked for ketchup and mayo, assuming it was a standard condiment with our meal, (the menu was not on the table) only to be told later we had to pay an extra 24 euros for it. Had this been communicated clearly from the start, we wouldn’t have had an issue paying. However, instead of handling this situation professionally or clarifying any confusion, the staff *threatened* to call the police on us. Over condiments! This was a shocking overreaction and completely ruined our experience. There was absolutely no need to escalate something so minor into a hostile situation. The staff’s behavior was rude, intimidating, and entirely out of line, they laughed and talked amongst eachother. We felt like we were being treated like criminals over something that could have been resolved with a simple explanation or conversation. For a restaurant to treat paying customers and guests at the hotel this way is unacceptable. Not only was the service appalling, but it showed a complete lack of respect for customer service. We won’t be returning, and I urge others to think twice before supporting a place that treats its guests so poorly. Disgraceful."

"Mooi gelegen landhotel in rustige omgeving. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Goede kamers en uitstekend ontbijt. Hotel heeft helaas geen restaurant. Een prima hotel met een alleszins redelijke prijs. Uitstekende tussenstop op weg naar Zweden."

"We had a wonderful time at SAND in Timmendorfer Strand. It is a stylish and cozy hotel very close to the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food and drinks super delicious and the rooms nice and clean. We will definitely return to this place!"

"Voor de kleine lokale Butz in Schürsdorf is er een duidelijke aanbeveling van ons. Wie waardeert regionale producten en bereid is om meer te besteden aan "een euro", is hier juist. Er is zelfs vooraf een kleine "groet" uit de keuken (brood met verschillende dips). We hadden een mooie avond met zeer heerlijk eten: schaal, snijdsel, gebroken aardappelen, diverse voor- en nadien eten (aperol sorbet, mmhhh) en geweldige cocktails. Wat vroeger geheime tip was, is vandaag ook in de week druppelend vol."

"De Beach Appartementen zijn met zijn negen appartementenhuizen behoort tot het Beach Motel, waar op dezelfde locatie is de receptie en het spa-gebied. Het mooie strand ligt op 2 minuten lopen, 5 minuten lopen van de bakker en 10 minuten lopen van de rewe. Een fietsverhuur ligt rond de hoek, evenals diverse restaurants en een pizzaria om te halen. Het publiek bestaat uit jonge gezinnen, maar ook uit middelbare en oudere paren. Het appartement is ruim en zeer goed uitgerust, het is een waspakket ter beschikking gesteld, we hebben het startpakket met hoge kwaliteit bioproducten geboekt, wat net na de aankomst zeer aangenaam was. Alle apparaten hebben goed gefunctioneerd, de kluis schoon. Alleen de bank was zeer ongemakkelijk, omdat het kan worden gebruikt als extra bed. Ook de doven lijken geleidelijk te overhaasten en koken op het balkon. Hier kan je jezelf in ieder geval goed herstellen en de ziel laten stromen."
