"Some of the staff are terrible, and the local tax payment process is unclear and doesn't match the information on the government website Booked in early evening at the front desk Quoted £165 but went to present card but figure on screen was £245 I questioned this but receptionist said this was correct I said no way and she backed down and proceeded to take my payment of £165 Then she charged me for a 1 night stay 2 days government tax So for me and my partner we were charged 4 x £1.80 I later checked on your local government website and this clearly states for a 1 night stay tax is only £1.80 per person Something not right there!!!"

Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very light. Kira Malden Hemen even sorted out a mistake done by me through ***********. I advise to book directly with the hotel. I am definitely coming back."

"We waren samen met mijn verzorger in het hotel geboekt, helaas was er geen sprake van de eerder beschreven toegankelijkheid voor onze geboekte kamers. Toen kregen we echter een zeer duur grotere kamer voor mijn verzorger, tenminste zo aangepast met haar rolstoel in de kamer. De toiletten bieden geen gehandicapte rechtvaardige toegang en we moesten korte hand een toilet in een sanitair in Lübeck kopen voor zit- en lifthulp - dat ging dan. De kamers waren schoon en het ontbijtbuffet echt geweldig! Hier past de service en ook voor de vierbenen is het hotel het beste geschikt voor mensen met een handicap, niet meer voor mensen met een wandeling. De diepgaande garage komt nog uit een tijd waarin de auto's veel kleiner werden gebouwd, er is veel gerangschikt om voor- en terug te komen. Voor de prijs-prestatieverhouding moet ik zeker punten aftrekken, men kan hier meer verwachten."

"We were not guests at the hotel, but went on an exclusive sailing trip with Olaf. It was an absolutely unique, wonderful experience! Just our group with the experienced skipper Olaf, who was incredibly relaxed and friendly. We felt completely safe and looked after. A really great experience! The absolutely individual care and the great atmosphere will make it an unforgettable experience for us! Absolutely recommended!!"

"This was our first and last stay at the Bayside. We had high hopes for this hotel and were unfortunately bitterly disappointed. We get one point/star for the location, which is beyond reproach. However, we didn't feel like value for money at all, as the service and cleanliness did not live up to the 4-star standard in our opinion. We also felt like we were not valued guests on a few occasions. The staff were apparently more concerned with their own advantage and sometimes behaved very selfishly towards us. I have never experienced this in any hotel, especially one that has the standards that the Bayside itself conveys. We also had the impression that the management does not try to see complaints about poor service as an opportunity and to compensate appropriately at the end of the day, but on the contrary seems to do everything in its power to reject them. During our stay we spoke to some locals (taxi drivers, etc.) who reported similar experiences from other guests. There was also talk of problems with the staff. Perhaps there is even something fundamentally wrong here. In any case, we are certain that, given the level of service we received, coupled with a price level that was completely unacceptable, and all of this coupled with this type of complaint management, we will not be coming back."

"very dissapointed , outside temperature were 30 C Inside in the room Moore because no aircondition? open the window and lots of noise coming in , diificult to sleep when window open. no evening restauarang in hotel , good restaurangs close, nice beach and the pool is good, breaksfast so and so, good lodation but overprized heavily!"

"The Beach Apartments are part of the Beach Motel with its nine apartment houses, where the reception and spa are located on the same site. The beautiful beach is 2 minutes, the baker 5 minutes walk and the rewe around 10 minutes walk. A bike rent is located around the corner, as well as various restaurants and a pizzaria to pick up. The audience is composed of young families but also of middle-aged and older couples. The apartment is generous and very well equipped, it is provided with a washing package, we have booked the starter package with high quality bio products, which was very pleasant just after arrival. All devices have worked well, the wallpaper clean. Only the sofa was very uncomfortable as it can be used as an additional bed. Also the ducks seem to gradually take over and cook on the balcony landing. Here you can definitely recover very well and let the soul smell. Thank you for re-entertainment!"
