"A lovely countryside house in the middle of nowhere but on ~10’ driving distance from villages such as Osimo, Camerano, Castelfidardo and about 20’ to the coast. Rooms are simple, nice and clean and the house has a beautiful 270’ landscape that brings full tranquility. A downside is that they don’t offer lunch/dinner, you will have to drive out. However, they could offer cold cuts on pre-order as dinner. A big supermarket is on 5’ min drive and kitchenette is decent equipped. We enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness from Giuseppe and his daughter-in-law (who did the most operating work). The lady boss (wife) is somewhat unpleasant. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was nice with fresh fruit, charcuterie, bread, pastries, yoghurt, fruit confit, and eggs style to your choice."

"Hotel located on the Ancona Pescara state road, about 2 km from the Ancona Sud toll booth. The "business" room had all the main services even if it seemed designed more for a single person than for two: for example it had a single lamp and a mattress it was a square and a half. Some noise coming from the next room. Good quality breakfast with a variety of both sweet and savory options. There are some problems however with the car park which fills up in the evening due to the proximity to the attached restaurant, which is often full. Overall, however, everything went quite well and the price/quality ratio seems correct. The adjoining Cantinetta del Conero restaurant is also pleasant with a menu of meat, fish and good pizza."

"Ik was bij dit mooie vakantiehuis met mijn familie en een familie van vrienden. We hebben 5 dagen in hetzelfde huis doorgebracht, met een ruime en comfortabele woonkamer in het gemeenschap en een prachtige tuin en een echt bos om, waar onze kinderen konden spelen vrij zonder risico, ook door het gebruik van de mooie ping pong tafel. Het gebied rond de Valentijnsdag is rijk aan unieke ervaringen die u kunt doen in elke leeftijd, van het bezoek aan de woning van Jacomo Leopardi in Recanati, tot de mooie stranden van Conero, door culturele steden zoals Jesi (met interactieve tentoonstelling op Federico II) en Osimo of zelfs voor het mooie zwembad in Ancona, zeer comfortabel wanneer u niet kunt reserveren of om een beetje te veranderen. Mevrouw Frampolli, de eigenaar van Valentijnsdag, is een speciale persoon, zeer beschikbare, vriendelijke en liefhebbende, die graag de geschiedenis van het huis vertelt, waar ze met haar familie is opgegroeid. Het is aangeraden om te komen tot vele plekken voor eten, schoonheid van het huis en de natuur en ontvangst."
