The buffet breakfast is awesome!!! The staffs are very helpful. Recommended public onsen bathing house which is good and affordable. Location is awesome too! Just walking distance to Namba shopping area!

Location is good, near to the subway station, with walking distance of 10+ mins. The family room is not so big after we opened all luggage. The shower room has full facilities and able to dry the washed clothes. Counter service is not so effective and bias, using a translator kit to entertain a Korean family sentence by sentence, but leave us to read by ourselves. There is also a 1000 yen charges to help keeping the luggage after check-out. Overall, the hotel is good for a family stay at Osaka.

It was my first time to stay in a self-catering hotel apartment. It felt very good, very convenient and comfortable. When I successfully got the key and entered the room after some research, I sighed that it was so advanced! Except that the location is a bit remote (although it is not far from the city center, it has a bit of an old town feel), everything else is very satisfactory. The nearest subway station (Exit 4 of Daikokucho Station on the Midosuji Line) is a 3-5 minute walk. The apartment building is clean and hygienic. The room size is very spacious in Japan. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all available (there is a stove but no pot, but It’s almost impossible for guests to cook their own meals). The bed is very soft and comfortable (but there are no sockets at the head of the bed. It is recommended to install two more extension boards). Overall, I had a very pleasant two nights here. If I come to Osaka next time, I will choose this hotel again! (I didn’t take any indoor photos, but here are two photos of Tsutenkaku seen from the balcony on the 12th floor)

As we leave randor suites and osaka today, i will share our experience. Randor suites is pretty much a brand new hotel. Getting here From shin osaka with large bags and as a family its would be advisable to grab a taxi, cost approx 4,000 yen. If connecting via metro, you will need to swap trains and its not that easy if you have lots of bags. We stayed in the family suite room (701). It has 2 x bedrooms, 2x toilets and a wet room with shower/bath, totami area and balcony. The bathtub has jets and is great for kids for bath and bubbles. It also comes with a washing machine, balcony and overall it is a large suite. It also has 2 x large digital led tvs Pros: 20mins walk to dotonbori Metro next door, go out front and turn left Oven, washing machine which was a god send. Cons Water temperature in the shower is low. The temperature was luke warm. After 10pm no reception staff, so if you are arriving late make sure you touch base with hotel as entry is via code keypad. No daily housekeeping. They only service the room at the end but provide towels for daily use. Lighting in rooms, it could do with more lighting but appears to be the design Only 1 mirror and in the bathroom Overall it is a large suite with plenty of room and close to namba. Lots of stores nearby for food etc

A comfortable stay for 5 people! It was big with comfortable beds. Love that the water closet was a separate room from the shower and bath which means one can shower while another person use the toilet. There is a 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart within walking distance. There is also a big drugstore/grocery in front. Location - about 10-15 walk to Dotonbori and Metro stations Check-in - did the check in process from my deskstop before arriving which made it easier when I got the the property, I was surprised that there was a guy who was there to help us out (from most review it says no one will be on hand to help you when you check in using the tablet). There is netflix and YouTube premium Highly recommended for big group

It’s an apartment-style comfort hotel🏨 No one will come to clean after check-in until check-out Disposable toothbrushes are available at the front desk for free collection The room is clean and tidy. I booked a twin room and the bed is quite big and doesn't feel cramped. Overall good value for money

The rooms are large and the surrounding houses are quiet. The surrounding convenience stores and places to eat are not too many. It is one stop away from Shinsaibashi, but it is really cost-effective. But it is recommended not to use their towels, I wiped my hands and my hands became allergic

The location is quiet yet prosperous, only a 5-minute walk to Namba Station. There is a pharmacy downstairs, which is convenient for shopping. The other room is fully equipped and can prepare simple meals. The bathroom and toilet sanitary ware are clean, and the bathroom is equipped with bathroom accessories. Washing and drying are very convenient, which is great!

It's a super super amazing place I would highly recommend stays at this place. The instructions for stay are super simple to understand, the apartment was damn clean and new, and it was a very walkable distance from the Namba City. My parents fully enjoyed the place and will totally return if we are back in Osaka. Please do not be deterred by the little number of reviews! Go ahead and book away!

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to go to Osaka Station in Tong Umeda ／, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to carry luggage . It is good to follow Google Maps. Umeda  Twin Tower exit will be a large straight turn on the ground. The hotel quarantine room is on the road, and there is Lawson and Life  supermarket diagonally opposite. The supermarket is open until 12 o'clock in the evening.  There are two gates in a building, remember to use gray 𠮶. The spare parts are only toothbrushes, others are prepared by themselves, and the nearby supermarket and Lawson help you.  There is a washing machine, but the system is laundry  powder ／ liquid ⋯⋯. The microwave oven has a furnace function. The bathroom has a bathroom treasure, 👍🏻.
