"We booked 2 rooms directly with the hotel for 3 nights and received confirmation email from hotel. When we check-in, they told us that our booking was cancelled by mistake. They provided us 4 Single Rooms for 1st night and Double Rooms for next 2 nights. Nash and a German gentleman on duty when all out to ensure we were comfortable and not stress out by the mistake made by the hotel. Excellent service recovery by the staff. We were happy to stay at the hotel even though we were not given the rooms we booked for 3 nights ."

"The best View over Obersdorf. The staff is very polite. The breakfast is great with a view and the wellness part is also perfect only that it closes at 20:00 . The rooms look good but the bathrooms are a bit small . The owner is your best friend and will assist you in whatever problem you will encounter. It's my second time here this year. Also the room card gives you local discounts and free bus rides and in the summer you get the Bahn to the top of the mountain also free."

"Mijn man en ik woonden vijf nachten in een terras studio op een bouw in een bijlage 2 minuten van de hoofdgebouw. De kamer was ruime en had een wandelingskluis die op dat moment zeer handig was. Elke morgen hebben we een verscheidenheid aan ontbijt gehad op het pittoreske terras van het hoofdgebouw en elke avond hebben we een zwembad in het zwembad in de grond van onze. We hebben ook de kans om de massage te proberen en de fitnessruimte te checken. De dienst was geweldig, het personeel vriendelijk en vriendelijk, de locatie onbelemmerd. De enige twee dingen die ik missen waren een hardere (of slechts nieuwere) matroos en een ketel de koffiemachine kwam met water koken functionaliteit, maar het was niet zo goed :) Het zou leuk zijn om weer te blijven in Best Western Plus Hotel Alpenhof."
