The house is located in a quiet family community, where a quick walk through the neighborhood takes you to a community swimming beach, tennis courts, a playground, and a 6 hole pitch and putt golf course. We also have 4 kayaks available for use on our beach. Three Belles Marina is a short walk away, where you can rent all kinds of watercraft if you have something else in mind. This is a year-round home, so warm and cozy when the weather turns cool and cool on those hot, summer days with newly installed air conditioning.
