Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. An absolutely exhilarating experience. They are the apogee of good service. The front-desk ***ager Ms Jaspreet Kaur is promptly forthcoming to provide the hotel clients with an unprecedented stay and experience. Mr Irfan at the Cafe Knosh exemplifies impeccable hospitality and service. Thanks a ton to him. Mr Hi***shu, the chef, was on his toes to serve up sumptuous food and went beyond his ***date to make us feel culinarywise good.

This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

The hotel.is fantastic, the staff is super friendly and very prompt in dedicating all attentions. Ford- reataurants, room service - is good but in my opinion overpriced, buffet was I think expensive.

It's a reasonable hotel for the price. It is recommended because there are ***y Japanese users. The room itself was clean including the toilet. There is a hot shower, but the water pressure is weak. hair dryer You can borrow one by calling the front desk. Lastly, the Indian curry at the hotel restaurant was delicious and similar in taste to the Indian curry I eat in Japan. I ate there twice during my stay!

Hotel was conveniently located with two shopping malls nearby and food options was plenty. Location wise, it is a good hotel to stay in if you are looking for both good shopping and dining options. Hotel was quite rundown with a weird smell at the level I was staying. The pillow covers and towels were dirty in my room especially the towels having some blood stain which I do not know how it got there and there was also some sort of smell lingering. The ***agement should ensure that all sheets, covers, towels etc are washed well as it was very disgusting to be using such towels and sleeping on pillow covers and sheets that are not properly cleaned. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was not covered up properly and left open, it was kind of creepy as you can see what is in there and there were lots of dust as well coming from there. Buffet breakfast was very simple, not ***y variety of options to choose from, mainly offering the local Indian fare. It would be better to include Continental buffet breakfast as part of the option as well, more choices would be better for foreign guests. In room dining menu options are also not ***y which was also quite a letdown in my opinion. The pool was under renovation on something during my visit and apart from that, there is only a gym facility, probably more things can be done on the type of recreation facilities offered in the hotel as there was nothing much to do.

The hotel location is really good, surrounded by five-star luxury hotels, because it is not far from the famous Plaza Conte, India gate, history museum, presidential palace, a few hundred meters away is the subway line, and also to the Jama Masjid Just 4 stops. Eat live bar .. Although the price is not cheap from the economic chain hotels, but from the location, it is still good compared with the surrounding large hotels. Hygiene can not be said, clean, bright yellow and white are the salient features of this hotel, clean, good service without any odor. The breakfast was rich and the restaurant ate 2 dinners.
