If you really hated someone and want them to suffer book them a room here. From the moment I got here I instantly looked for other places to stay but I thought how bad could it be? The answer was terrible. My room couldn't be opened from the inside and when I raised this with the staff they simply suggested I leave the door open when I go out. I noticed cockroaches on more than one occasion, the hot water works for about five minutes then that's it, exposed electrical wires in the bathroom, finding the place is a puzzle and the WiFi is temperamental at best. Organising a late checkout I was told by someone it would only be 700 rupees extra but they changed it last minute to 1850 and staff were constantly trying to enter my room. For the money I paid this place was an absolute robbery I probably would have been better off with a sleeping bag in the subway. Everyone giving this place five stars is either a liar, an ***** or they work here and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them were all three.

The rooms were dirty bathroom filthy sheets and towel dirt. Shower didn’t work had to use a bucket to wash up in shower. Staff sleeping all over property in kitchen on floor check in area on couch rest area on couch.

The place is just behind Shivaji stdium metro station at very convenient location with Connaghut place just 2 minutes walk. Good eatery joints around. However, the staff is wonderful and they cook good food as per your de***d at very reasonable rate
