"De kamer is vrij normaal, maar het balkon is een zwembad, het enige voordeel. Het is om 11 uur voltooid en er zijn drie kamers in totaal, waarvan beide deuren niet kunnen worden geopend. Een uur voor de onderhoudsman vooraf en achteraf is de onderhoudsman geresoleerd. De diensten zijn goed in de houding, maar de hotelfaciliteiten zijn te slecht. Het hotel is in orde."

"Royalton is a beautiful resort that maximizes the ocean views. The staff is phenomenal specifically Justin, Kadeam and Natasha. They were all so friendly and accommodating. The resort just reopened after a devastating hurricane so patience is needed with dining and housekeeping. Overall the food is good, there are plenty of activities and pools. We went with 17 family members of all ages and had a fantastic time."

"We have stayed at Idle Awhile many many times for a reason, and that is because it is the nicest place on all of Negril beach. All of the Idle Awhile properties are spectacular. The location of the beach hotel is ideal and perfect for families. The restaurant and bar there are fantastic as are the amenities. The BEST part about Idle Awhile are the staff!!! They are the most professional, dependable and delightful staff in Negril. I have traveled all over Jamaica for 30 years and can easily say that Idle Awhile has the best services Ive encountered in the country. Be sure to grab a yummy drink when Carlton is on duty at the bar! Best bartender on the island:) This is the nicest hotel in Negril and a perfect spot for a marvelous vacation."

"I did not stay at Jah Freedom Guesthouse but a friend recommended the owner - Steve - as a tourguide and he really exceeded my expectations. I ended up doing several day trips with Steve and he had lots of good recommendations and took me to wonderful beaches and restaurants that I would not have found myself and that were not touristy. He has lived in Jamaica for a long time and knows the island - especially Negril - really well. I can highly recommend him as a guide - he showed me the guesthouse which looks great, will certainly stay there next time I visit Jamaica."

"Begona Cliff Hotel, you are the most magical, special, beautiful gem of Negril. I arrived on my actual birthday to celebrate turning 50. This was the best decision I made. From the moment I enquired in 2024 about staying at Begona there was clear communication with the reservation team about my requirements. A year later when we arrived nothing was too much, the staff pulled out all the stops to make my birthday a personalised and individual experience. My room was decorated with yellow and white balloons which presented a wow factor as I entered the room. I felt SPECIAL. I woke up every morning to the sound of tranquil waters, the view of clear blue skies, sunshine and the feel of green grass under my feet. It is such a healing and spiritual feeling staying at Begona. It delivered on every level, what I needed to start chapter 50 of my life. The hotel is well located to access all parts of Negril, so you can explore the surrounding area and the famous 7 mile beach. It was always so nice to return to the hotel after venturing out as the staff greet you warmly, are attentive, professional, caring, kind, funny and make a special effort to ensure that you are fully catered for during your stay. Special shout out to Andii, Ava, Brandon, Camille, Clive, Deborah, Deidra, Dionne, Iyanna, Mumma Ivette, Junior, Tashne, Tunji. "Our lower jungle condo was amazing!!! Such a great space to stay with family! The house is divided like wings with the kitchen and living room as the center. It worked perfectly for me and my husband with our 2 kids. The spa is also lovely, Cecile is divine and he massages are super healing, and the food at the restaurant is delicious."
