It was a fun experience. The pools were incredible and the beach was nice. Fun activities with tasty restaurants and lounges. Rooms were pretty small and bathroom felt like a public shower. Spacious Balcony with beautiful view.

Beautiful property. Rooms needed some love. swimi up pool was lovely.
Food was horrible at best - especially Ackee restaurant High sodium and clearly not a Jamaican chef.
Lovely beach and well maintained
Front desk and concierge are not in sync. Quite inefficient and archaic process. Check out process is lengthy
Not a 5 star resort. Would not return

Many of the staff worked diligently to provide a wonderful experience, but fell completely and utterly short of the mark. The travel manager was inexplicably rude and uncooperative. Even her colleagues tried to get her to facilitate her job and she refused, placing us in peril of missing our flight. Kitchen staff were witnessed sucking their fingers and eating while cooking. Maintenance people were in the kitchen eating while patrons waited for their food. The bellhop staff and concierge staff was amazing. The property is admittedly run down and delipidated. Unfortunately we are canceling our plans to return to the property this summer. This is not the resort of old.

I arrived on a Thursday, there were no towels in my room, I got towels the next day. When they cleaned my room they didn’t leave me any washcloths.
I never had hot water in the shower. They never fixed it or offer me another room. The refrigerator bever hot cold. I checked w other residents and they stated their refrigerator never got cold either.
I noticed a lot of left over food was served at breakfast. So i wonder when other guests got sick if it was because of left over food.
Good...the restaurant staff was great, all the workers I came in contact with was gracious.

We stayed 5 nights at this property after staying 2 nights in Montego Bay. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the staff is very friendly. Dean the bell man is awesome!! He contacted a ride for us to Ricks Cafe which is a must do while in Negril. One downfall is you have to get up really early to put your towel out at the beach. Bathrooms could use a better door as there were sliders and not a lot of privacy from bathroom to bedroom area.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Food was good overall. Room service was slow, and non responsive. Mildew smell in hallways and rooms. Property is in need of renovation, visible areas of deferred maintenance.

The property itself, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. However, the food and the nightlife really needs improvement.
