The room is decent, clean and adequately equipped like hot shower, local TV channels, WiFi, etc. Breakfast is simple local stuff with porridge prepared by owner. The wash basin tap and shower holder in our room can benefit with some maintenance but they still work."

"Location was a little difficult to get to, but that is understandable, being a hot spring resort. As it was the off peak season, we were the only visitors for that night. Despite so, the staff were friendly - preparing our breakfast separately. The breakfast included bread and spreads, and local rice porridge. Even though it sounds simple, it was delicious and full of flavour.
The room came with a large stone tub which could probably accommodate 4-5 pax. We could thus enjoy the hot spring from the comfort of our own room."

"The place is very calm and serene.. a good stop between Tainan and airport to avoid a 4 hour long drive from Tainan to airport. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only setback is that it was very difficult to find their office.. but with some help from locals, we manage to locate it. Place is basic but has all the necessities you need-just that you need to do certain things yourself like fetching drinking water from their cafeteria which is a very short walking distance away.. not a problem at all."

"三天兩夜的苗栗之旅，第二站就是巧克力雲莊啦，從第一站天空之城開車過來，大概是50分鐘左右，進到園區停車場之前，會有人員收入園費，一個人頭是200元，但可以折抵200元的園內消費，也就是說隨便買個伴手禮，入園就是免費啦，哈哈哈哈
買完票，停好車後，前方就是一個養魚池，可以買魚飼料來餵魚，魚池旁邊也有養一些紅面薑母鴨，難道說是因為冬天快到了，ˋ準備進補用的嗎，哈哈，然後魚池旁邊是巧克力故事館，裡面有很多東西可以拍照，也有附設一個小型的咖啡廳，有賣一些小點心和飲品，這裡的消費也都可以使用門票折抵唷，而在巧克力故事館裡面，可以知道這裡已經經營20多年了，真的很不簡單，且園區除了講述完整巧克力故事與生產履歷以外，也包含手作體驗與巧克力周邊商品販售
而逛完故事館再往裡面走，就會看到巧克力夢想館，如果你是想要買伴手禮的話，我會建議在這邊買，不要再下面故事館買，因為故事館的種類比較少，而故事館有的商品，夢想館這裡全部都有，呵呵
除了故事館和夢想館外，很多人不知道的是巧克力雲莊其實也有提供住宿的服務，因為我們已經有訂好別的飯店了，但如果你是想體驗一趟獨特完整的巧克力旅程，巧克力雲莊大本營絕對就是最佳地點， 館內的一段短影片會立即帶領你走入巧克力的浩瀚世界，這邊還有創意料理餐廳可以讓你品嚐以可可入菜的特色料理，如果你有入住這裡，還可以報名嘗試親手製作巧克力，再大肆採購剛出爐的生吐司與巧克力相關商品當作伴禮，真的是可以幫你的旅程增添很多分數唷 ^^"

"Our quad room in the log cabin was spotless, and the bathroom was impeccably clean – not a speck of dust anywhere. The room had no strange smells or dampness, and it was quiet at night, making it easy to sleep. Plus, breakfast was included in the morning."

非常非常乾淨，因為提早抵達民宿，還沒整理完，不過說可以先讓我們放行李，走進客廳時工作人員正在拖地，放好食物和行李要離開時，聽到其中一位和另一位小聲地說再拖一次（地板），很讚美他的細心。寵物友善的部分也十分讓人讚許，會收300元的寵物清潔費用，可以在屋子裡自由跑跑跳跳。

Guest User그 도시내에서의 위치는 최고 입니다. 그리고 숙소를 찾기도 너무나 쉬었구요.
그러나 그 숙소의 입구에서 프론트에 연락하는 방법이 아무것도 없어서 잠시 어려웠으나
옆집에 사는 여직원이 나왔읍니다. 그 여직원은 너무나도 친절하게 시원한 생수와 과일을 대접해 주어
너무나도 감사했습니다.
숙소의 단점은 몇가지가 있는데 하루속히 개선해서 훌륭한 숙소가 되기 바랍니다.
첫째는 모기가 너무 많아서 힘들었고
두번째는 화장실에 세면대가 없어 싱크대에서 양치질을 해야 합니다.
이 두가지의 문제점은 여직원의 세심한 배려와 친절로 모두 상쇄되고도 남지만
좀 더 좋은 숙소가 되길 바라는 마음에서 입니다.
2026년 12월쯤에 재 방문을 하고 싶은데 그때는 그런 문제들이 개선되길 바라며
여직원의 행복을 빕니다.
