Hot Springs-hotels in Kunming

Absolutely amazing place and room. Not everyone speaks English but it was easy enough to communicate via wechat with them and the inbuilt translate function. The place is a little hard to find but only because I arrived at 2am and it was dark. But this shouldn’t be an issue if you come at a reasonable daylight hour. The place is also already within the World Horti Expo so you can just head out and explore during your stay. Service was amazing; I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they catered perfectly for it for breakfast, asking exactly what I cannot take and customizing breakfast to be suitable. Loved every second of my stay here and have been recommending it non-stop to my friends who may be going to Kunming.

A truly memorable stay — thanks to the incredible team We had such a wonderful experience staying here, made extra special by the amazing hotel team. I was celebrating my mother’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to surprise and delight her with thoughtful touches that meant so much to both of us. It wasn’t anything over the top — just warm, genuine gestures that showed real care and attention. That kind of sincerity is rare, and it really made our stay unforgettable. The location was also super convenient — just a short walk to the main street, which made getting around really easy. Dian Lake Steigenberger Kunming (5 stars) Our stay at Dian Lake Steigenberger Kunming was truly memorable. All the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, while the housekeeping team was warm and thoughtful. They went the extra mile to decorate our room for my husband's birthday and even sent us a beautiful and delicious birthday cake — a gesture that made our stay feel extra special. The Lake View King Room (45m²) was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the lake — peaceful and perfect for unwinding. When we mentioned that our centrally controlled air-conditioning felt a bit warm, 军军 和 Amy immediately offered us an additional room for free, complete with an individual aircon controller so we could adjust the temperature ourselves. This level of care and flexibility was truly impressive. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, including KFC, and there’s a 7-Eleven just nearby for added convenience. The lobby is also grand and tastefully decorated, giving a luxurious first impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming — it offers both comfort and heartfelt hospitality.

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

Was there with for 2 nights. Good swimming and natural hotspring facilities. The rooms are a little old but the towels and sheets were very white and clean. Beds are spacious. As they ran out of non spiking rooms that can accommodate three pax, we checked out the smoking room. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room did not smell of smoke. Good selection for breakfast. Location is excellent as it’s within walking distance of the night market with lots of eatery options

這次入住漫水居真的超出預期！庭院清幽雅緻，一步一景滿是江南詩意，安靜又治癒。房間整潔敞亮，軟裝精緻，私湯泡池乾淨舒適，温泉水温剛剛好，泡完渾身放鬆舒緩。服務特別貼心周到，細緻又不打擾，茶飲、甜點、水果補給及時。餐食品類豐富、新鮮美味，性價比超高。遠離喧囂，沉浸式度假，不管情侶約會還是放鬆療養都超合適，已經推薦給朋友，下次還會再來！

The hotel is about 10km away from the city center. It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions.

Het was een heel goede ervaring. Oorspronkelijk wilde ik gewoon een plek vinden om te genieten in een warmwaterbron, maar ik kreeg de een na de ander verrast. Allereerst heeft de hotelsituatie, het merk Wyndham, natuurlijk niets te zeggen. De algehele inrichting van het hotel is in de stijl van een Europees kasteel, wat beslist luxe is. Ten t****e zijn er veel warmwaterbronnen, waaronder binnensauna's, buitenzwembaden en twee zwembaden. Het enige nadeel is dat het een weekend is en dat er meer mensen zijn. Misschien is het beter om het midden in de week te ervaren. Het laatste wat ik moet prijzen is hun sterrenservice, vooral Tsuki in de lobby, die zeer attent en attent is. Ze ontdekte dat het mijn verjaardag was, dus regelde ze een reeks verrassingen en maakte speciaal een taart voor mij klaar ontroerd door hun enthousiasme. Het aanbevelen waard!

Jin Fang is een van mijn favoriete hotels met warmwaterbronnen! Ik ben dol op de weelderige bossen en ontspannende warmwaterbronnen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend, met onbeperkte toegang tot de warmwaterbronnen. Het hotel is erg rustig, elegant ingericht en de kamers zijn ruim en hygiënisch. Het ontbijt is ook uitgebreid en heerlijk.
