"No one answered the bell at the reception desk no matter how many times I rang it, so I went back to my car and called the hotel on my cell phone, and someone answered. There was no one at the hotel between 9pm and 12pm, and there was only a piece of paper at the reception with a number to call if anything happened. There was nothing in the room that said anything about the hotel. If there are no pajamas, I wish they would write that when making the reservation. If it's a weekly mansion, it's better not to write that it's a resort hotel. If the kitchen is not available, I wish they would provide an explanation for that at the beginning.
