"I had to stay here to understand why there are so many negative reviews online. Pros: The lobby decor is decent, the bedding is good and looks clean. The receptionist was very friendly. Cons: I stayed for two days, and it felt like living in a nursing home. I don't mean to disparage the elderly; in fact, they were all quite enthusiastic. But for the most expensive hotel in Mojiang, having guests constantly surrounded by many seniors... it's a strange feeling. I was afraid of bumping into them, especially with kids around. The lobby was full of seniors chatting and playing cards at tables. In the mornings, they'd play music and do exercises in the courtyard very early. On the day of check-in, it was already four or five in the afternoon, and the room had just been cleaned, making the floor very wet and slippery. I stayed for two consecutive nights, and they didn't even clean the room or replenish basic supplies in between. When I called to ask, they said I needed to inform them in advance if I wanted housekeeping! I've never encountered such a situation in all the hotels I've stayed in; it was truly an eye-opener. It felt less like a Wyndham and more like a wellness center. The hotel is located within a residential complex, next to a tourist attraction."

"Ons eerste bezoek aan Mojiang en we zagen dit hotel online. De naam 'Cloud' (Yun Duo) klonk zo mooi, dus zijn we langsgegaan om de kamers te bekijken. De kamers waren erg schoon en kregen veel zonlicht, wat het verblijf zeer comfortabel maakte. De dame bij de receptie was ontzettend vriendelijk en heeft ons zelfs aanraders gegeven voor goede restaurants. Toen we niet genoeg water hadden op onze kamer, bracht ze direct nieuwe flessen. Het ontbijt was ook uitgebreid, met heerlijke lokale rijstnoedels en rijstcakejes. Ik raad dit hotel ten zeerste aan; de volgende keer dat we hier zijn, kiezen we zeker weer voor Cloud."

The bedding is OK, no odor. If you have trouble sleeping because the room is close to the highway, please make a request when choosing a room. No matter which position the waiters are in, they greet the guests warmly and politely. Easy parking. The breakfast buffet has many varieties. The overall feeling is good, I will go again next time."
