"Een geweldige ervaring! De kamer is superschoon en het personeel is erg aardig en professioneel, altijd beschikbaar als je ze nodig hebt. De kamer is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien, met een touchscreen en een moderne douche. De prijs is prima. Bij aankomst kun je het Ticino-ticket activeren, waarmee je gratis gebruik kunt maken van het openbaar vervoer (trein, tram en bus) in heel Ticino. De parkeerplaats is vlakbij, er is altijd wel een plekje te vinden en je betaalt 5 frank per dag (je kunt ook voor je hele verblijf betalen). Ik beveel dit hotel van harte aan voor stellen en gezinnen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om terug te komen! 😊🙏🏻"
