"Overall, it wasn't very good. The bathroom threshold was so high it felt like I had to jump down. The showerhead sprayed water haphazardly; even if you didn't want to wash your hair, you'd still get soaked, and there was no shower cap. There was no toilet paper in the sleeping area; the only thing in the room was a toilet paper roll. A room for three people only had one bath towel??? The laundry room was on the first floor, and you had to go down a bit further down. They showed me a washing machine with separate washing and spin-drying sections, and it was the same washing machine they use for hotel sheets and such. The pillowcases and duvet covers were just casually placed on a raised platform on the floor. You can imagine how clean it was."
