Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgt ervoor dat je je direct welkom voelt. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en uitgebreid. Ook het prachtige zwembad is een echte aanrader, inclusief fijne handdoeken die door het hotel worden verzorgd. Een heerlijke plek om volledig tot rust te komen. Absoluut een aanrader!"

"We spent 2400€ for an 8 days stay in this hotel, for 3 people. It's a lot of money and it was supposed to be the highlight of our trip to Cabo Verde. The main reason why we chose this apartment was the view and the private swimming pool. The view is beautiful, but the swimming pool was unusable most of the time : very dirty, with yellow stains on the walls and more and more cloudy. In a word, disgusting. The problem is we asked for the cleaning of the pool or repair of the filtering system like every day. And each day it was supposed to be solved, a person was supposed to get there and solve the problem. And each time nobody showed up. The problem was solved only the day before we left ! We asked for a refund, but the only offer we got was not to pay the laundry, which was a neglectible refund in comparison with what we paid for this hotel. We asked to complain to the owner, but the owner was unreachable, in another country, ill, etc. The management took my email and said that they would get in touch with us after we left, which of course never happened. I could mention also other problems, less serious but that still show that this hotel is overpriced : one day the water pressure was so low it was impossible to shower. It took more than one day to solve the problem ! So my advice is : do not choose this hotel. It's the price of a luxury hotel, but certainly not the service of a luxury hotel."

"We had an excellent one night stay in this hotel on our way back from San Antao. Centrally located near the historic district/ fish market and a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal. We had a large room with balcony, very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Staff were particularly attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was varied and excellent. We were able to leave our luggage on the 2nd day after check out ahead of our evening flight. Would definitely recommend. Despite the central location we didn't find the room too noisy at night."

"De reservering was bevestigd door het hotel en toen we aankwamen in de middernacht van 3 maart , de manager had ons kamer live gehuurd zonder ons te waarschuwen! Hij heeft niets gedaan, is niet excuus om te zeggen dat hij had te veel van onze toeristische show via Booking! 10 minuten na onze aankomst, een andere familie kwam en s hoorde zeggen dat ze niet had een kamer ook!!! Gelukkig hebben we door een lokale agentschap gegaan die ons een kamer in Froy Brancas vond. In de periode van het karneval is alles vol .... hotel te ontsnappen!"
