"De kamer met 2 dubbele bedden is gereserveerd voor 3 volwassenen. Bij aankomst zei het hotelpersoneel dat de enige kamer die ze voor ons hadden was een kamer met 1 King Bed! Toen we een andere klant zagen die de kamer in de rekenkamer annuleerde en terugkeerde, vroegen we om die kamer ook, zodat we 2 kamers kunnen hebben om 3 volwassenen te slapen, zei het personeel dat we moesten betalen voor de extra kamer! De mensen zeiden: 'We kunnen die kamer voor een paar honderd dollar verkopen!' (De meeste hotels waren die avond/weekend volledig geboekt door schoolwedstrijden in de stad). De badkamer was in een badkamer waar we naar binnen en uit moesten gaan."

"The room cleanliness was so-so. The front desk service was terrible; the staff hid in the back and only came out when I rang the bell. When I paid the deposit, they copied down all my card information instead of swiping the card. The breakfast was awful, with only bread, waffles, and other carbohydrates; nothing else. The juicer was broken; the label said it had been broken for a long time, so I guess they didn't plan to fix it to save costs."

"Definitely not the cleanest hotel around, there's drug deals happening all day every day on the property. Hotel is not a good place for children or families! I have seen bed bugs in multiple rooms and the front desk won't accept any blame. They'll instead blame you and charge you double before they kick you off the property."

"We had a quick overnight stay to be close to fashion place mall. The location has a lot of food around and was safe. My only small dislike was how small the pool and hot tub were. Staff was friendly and everything was updated and clean."
